This phone appears to be operating until 11 p.m. at night. Central Time.
So I guess it doesn't matter when you call them.
888-293-5321
If it's Chase Credit Card services. call them to send you a bill at your local address. You don't need to ask for a paper bill more than once.

Cindy at Chase Card Services
Might be "Call Central" phone ware. They need to cease and desist before they end up in prison.
If they are call you saying they are a bank get the location. Most people use their regular phone companies to get phone service. If this is a regular phone service they never even answer their phones in person, but always send it to voice mail.

I lost my old job back in Jan 2013, third full plant layoff in 5 years. I've been looking for work since. I just found a temp position for 6 months. I got a call from these folks yesterday at my new job. Hadn't been there two weeks. Chase does not have the new job phone number. I haven't had a chance to give it to them. How'd these folks get it? What can I do. My boss isn't happy.

I recieved a call from this number as well stating it was Chase Card services and it was an urgent matter. I haven't used my Chase card in almost a year and the balance is cleared so I thought it was odd. I called this number back and was told they needed my phone number to research. I provided her that and she stated she didnt have any info based on that number. She then asked for my acct number or ssn in order to investigate further. I refused to give either and just to be sure pulled up my online acct at the same time, which still showed everything good.
THis just seems too sketchy. Be Careful!

Just got a call on my cell phone asking for my wife, mispronouncing her name. She said she was with Chase card services, and wanted me to take down a number for her. I asked her what it was about, and she said she couldn't give that information out to a spouse. I told her I was on every account we have, and that she needs to give me more information, or she wouldn't be given a call back. She said that "due to changes in their policy, they cannot give out any information to spouses without written or verbal concent". I said Chase has all that information already, so they obviously weren't from Chase and hung up.

I recieved a call and was told to call this number back. When I did it prompted me to enter my account number. I did not so was dirrected to a live person. She asked for my account number and I told her that I did not have an account with Chase. She said that they were trying to reach someone with a different last name and she put it in the computer that they had called/ had the wrong phone number on record.

Jason - IF you really believe that these scammers are connected to chase or any bank for that matter you are not very bright.

9/20/2011 This message board is 5 years old!!!!!!!
I was called by a different number 224-699-6000. "Vishri" said he had an urgent message regarding my old roommate's Chase Credit Card. He asked me to call him at 1-888-293-5321.
So look, the same old scam using the same old phone numbers. I sent an email to Chase with all the info. I'm trying to cross post too.

Left a message with heavy middle eastern/south asian accent, stating that the call was urgent. Called the number he left, 888-293-5321, and was greeted by possibly the same person w/same accent as the person on the message. Immediatley, asked for me to verify my account number, as well as my SS#. Told him to call back and leave another message.

Lady with heavy accent left voice mail on my answering maching asking for "Patrick Johnson" saying she was from Card Services. When I tried to call back to let them know there is no one at my house by that name and never has been, I got an answering machine with thick foreign accent saying they are really busy right now and suggesting I call back later. No Way!

Someone called and asked to speak to a former co-worker of mine(left work sometime late last year). I informed him that she had longer works here and that is deceased. He proceeded to ask for a cell phone number of hers(what help would that be?) or a family member's number. I told him I didn't have the information nor give it out, but I could take his number. I ended the conversation with "So your trying to collect money from a dead person" and hung up on him.

I received a message on my work voicemail asking for a Maria Lawson (nobody by that name works here). She claimed her name was Sophia from card services. The entire call was spoken very fast and there was a statement describing the reason for the call that I was not able to make sense of no matter how many times I played it back. I replayed it a gazillion times to determine that the call back number was 888-293-5321. Erased voicemail and am taking no further action.

Man with a VERY heavy accent left a message on my work phone. I picked up the words card services. I filed for bankruptcy so I KNOW I have no outstanding cards because they were either all paid off and closed or were filed with my bankruptcy. When I calle a woman with a very heavy accent asked for my 16 digit account number. I said well I have no idea what you are calling about so I can't help you. She asked for the phone number and I did give her that and she was unable to locate a record and then said "are you sure we called you". Yes, I am sure because I simply highlighted the number and pushed the call button...
When he left a message he said to call back 888-293-5321n but the number that shows up on the CID is 302-282-8004.

I got a voice mail today on my work phone with this exact message from someone with a thick Indian-sounding accent: "Hi, this is Jewel(?) calling from Card Services. This call is for Stuart Hamilton. Stuart, do call us back as soon as possible on 1-888-293-5321, and any representative over here will be glad to assist you. This is intersales(?) call. It's about your existing business matter which is extremely important. Thank you" By the way, there is no Stuart Hamilton here anywhere in the company.

I've been receiving repeated annoying calls during the last week from different callers, asking for someone I don't know and who doesn't live here. Each time I told them to not call again, but the calls keep coming. Extremely frustrating. I jotted down the last two calls:
Fri, Oct. 16, 11:36 am message: “Chris” (hardly intelligible) from “Chase Bank”, asking for someone I don't know, regarding a “financial matter”, message says to call 888-293-5321.
Sat, Oct. 17, 10:45 am “Elisa” from “Chase Card Services” again asking for someone whose name I never heard; I ask for her name and phone number, she gives the number 866-335-9398 and then hangs up.
I googled these numbers and found numerous complaints, smells like a scam. I complained with the Federal Trade Commission. Do not give these people any information.
This is following 3 or 4 calls during the preceding days

They keep calling my cell phone three or four times a week and not leaving messages. I have not answered the call, because I don't know the number. I think this is a scam.

Got harassing phone calls from a woman named Sherry. Not only is she calling me she called an ex of three years and talked about my personal info to him. Also this person calling herself Sherry called an employer of a part time job I used to have before lay offs and talked to her. ( Hope Sherry didn't mess up my chances of getting that part time job back). Isn't all of the illegal.
