Called again and left no message.  Caller ID says 800 Service

These people call constantly.  This is harrassment!
Is there no way to stop them?

I just have been getting repeated calls for weeks from this number, more than once per day.  I don't pick up, I just see the called ID number, figured it is a telemarketer.  But they just don't stop. It's annoying.  I also signed up for the do not call list.  Big deal huh. There is no written name text on the caller ID, just the number.  Underneath the 888 296 8037, it just says '800 service'.

Repeated rude caller. Calling over and over daily.  When told my wife is not available and asked who they are, they want to argue and hang up abruptly. Our number is on the do not call list. If they call again I will file a complaint with the office of consumer protection as this harassment is a violation of state law. If this continues after this I will cancel my  home phone and file suit against

Daily I get calls from this number. It is so irritating!!!! No one says anything, just hangs up!!!! Answer maching picks up same thing. What is the point in this call????

I am glad you found out about this number. They are driving me NUTS!! I am on the do not call list but it doesn't seem to matter. When I answer no one says anything, just hangs up. Would like to know what we can do.

Answer and nobody there

I get about 6-8 calls from 888-296-8036 - they say childrens charity, I have requested -no more calls -they called right after I told them.

I have received 14 calls in two days.  My number is in the bank of DO NOT CALL.  It is a nuicense to keep running for the phone and nobodys there. Is there some way it can be stopped.

I called their direct line and a person answered. I told him to remove us from their phone list. I also warned them that they have not responded to BBB inquiries. Their method of multiple calls throughout the day is reprehensible. Legitimate charities would not practice this form of activity.

call several times a day.  I asked who they were and they hung up.  A little suspicious I think.

They called several times & didn't leave a message.  I called back & got voicemail saying the are The Childrens Charitable Foundation, googled it got no results.  Left them a message to not call my number again.

this "company" keeps calling on a daily basis asking for my wife ....and when i say she isn't home they say will call back ..they did let slip that it was a courtesy call. BS

and we are on a "DO NOT CALL LIST'.. so why are we getting these calls ????

They call several times a day, and when I pick up there is either a silence or a click.

this number had called over 5 times a day for a week!!!! when i answer they ask for my dad and say it is a "thank you" call from a charity.. but when i offer to take a message they say they will call back!!
today i answered twice and they hung up!!! and when we let the answering machine get it they dont say anything!
this is gettin old!!!

Didn't answer as no real caller ID.  Sunday afternoon is not a good time to call.
