Keep getting calls from number ....messages never left. Who is this?

these people call me all the time i have already have told them im working on getting attorney for this and they keep calling they told me i have in tell nov 21 2008 and they stell keep calling everyday five times a day

Have been getting a call from this number every day five times a day for the past two weeks. Sometimes they leave a message for a person that is not me, and other times they leave nothing. Might change my phone number.
I have a message solely intended for them- bugger off!

Calls come in at 5am and almost every day of the week looking for my x-wife that has been my X for 12 years. Asked many time to not call and they say I am getting pushy and hang up.

This number started appearing on my phone last week and the calls come several times a day now.  They leave messages on my cell, but of course I wont call back.  I'm just sick of them calling asking for someone who has NEVER had this cell phone number!

They said "hang up if you're not" and I hung up 3975793657967567386578 times. and keep calling me. Now worst, they keep caling me at the same time around 9 am. I work hard late and need sleep and every freakening morning they call me at 9 am....

and wrong name too, no matter what i say keep calling me.

Hook up a cheap FAX machine and they will never call back.

I get calls from them quite frequently with the same effects reported by other users above - automated voice that hangs up, etc. etc....what's disturbing is that they call both my cell phone and my home phone number, and ask for the same name (which is not my own name)...I'm a bit perturbed by that, since my cell phone is registered to a different address than my home phone number...

we get calls daily sometimes mutiple times daily from 888-297-3263...and the recording hangs up alot on the answering machine but sometimes leaves a recorded message with like a record number for you to call back in reference to. They call all hours of the day 8am 11am 12pm 2pm 5pm 530pm 730pm and once we got a call at 9:40pm which is the last straw

This number belongs to Elite Recovery Services, Inc. - a collection agency.  They called looking for M******* S**** regarding a old debt from 2005. They started asking questing to confirm the account information. I told them to stop calling and I'm contact my credit card company to report this scam.

This people have called me 5 to 6 times a day. I called them back to see who
they are some debt Collection place the problem is I owe no debt they even admit that they have no ideal why they are calling me because I do not show up in their data base yet the will not remove my number and still call. They said the can't remove my number don't see why not they had to put it in there.

I have reported them to the FTC but that has done no good. Why even put laws on the books if they will not enforce them.

Send them a letter telling them to to cease all communication with you and warning them that if they don't, you'll sue them under the provisions of federal law. And if they contact you more than once after receiving your letter, you can soak 'em for monetary damages for each illegal contact. (That will easily cover the cost of those calls to your cellphone, and then some!) :)  Just be sure to send the letter via certified mail with a return receipt request.

This number belongs to Elite Recovery Services, Inc. - a collection agency that buys old debts and tries to collect. Also uses phone numbers 877-702-7882 & 866-780-6242.  I am recieving a ridiculous amount of calls on my cellphone, like 4-6 calls a day! I will report them - they are abusing the Fair Debt Collection Act...and if they are a collection agency, they have to comply with the law or get fined.

They have been calling for a couple days now. and i never pick up. today they called again and after i rejected their call, i got a text from 129 say please call8882973263.

keep calling for "Anton" consistently every morning at 8 am

WOW these ppl need to get there act together,i recive calls for ppl who never lived at this address.dont know who they are,but the calls are annoying at 8.20am sunday morning.  WTF

Calls every day including Sunday at about 8:50 a.m.  Hangs up when machine answers.  Did a call back to that number this morning and a man answered saying it was a law office.  Asked what he wanted and was told he was looking for someone who had not lived here for over 5 years.  Asked if I knew how to contact person, I said no.  He hung up.  Next time I get this call it goes to FCC.  I'm on the No Call List and have been since it was created and update it every year.

Well here it is Labor Day and Elite Recovery made their daily call, I am going to file another complaint with FTC.  These jerks know I am not the one they want but they keep calling.

Called and insisted that I was the party they had talked to two days before.
Caller said they were calling about Capitol One account. I told her that I had no Capitol One account nor ever had one. She then even identified who she was trying to reach at a different address and she would not beleive me when I told her she had the wrong person,number, and address. She got real "snotty" and said she knew that I was who they talked to...that I was who they were looking for, said "have a nice life" and she hung up.

they have been told over and over that the person they are looking for has not lived here in 18 years and they told me they didn't care.  I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and it looks like I will have to file one with the Attorney General of the state of Texas.  They call all the time.
