Yes, to go allong with other callers question, did any charges result from this recorded call? I feel I have been scammed also.

caller wanted to record me stating my company's name address and phone number using an automated system they have but would speak over the machines questions. they also wanted me to list my position in the company but made me state a different title for their records. They then gave me an 888 number to call them if i had any questions which i called and its a golf course. Not sure what i said yes to now and it has been reported to my job.

does anything seem to result from this?  unsolicited charges, loss of moneys?  further aggravations from other unwanted contacts from other companies,...?

Same experience:  caller claiming to represent a "free on-line yellow pages," asking for verbal responses to her verbal questions, but to answer only "at a tone," while a different recorded message played in the background.  Started to feel fishier and fishier by the end, especially with a series of "yes"/"no" answers.  Similarly, she caught me at a busy time, claimed a deadline looming, and only 60 seconds of automated responses needed.

I just had the same call and was trying desperately to listen to the recording in the background. They gave me a phone number to call (888-297-7888). I plan on calling it tomorrow as well as the BBB to report this activity. I do't normally give in to these calls but they caught me at a busy time and I wasn't paying attention.

Your stories are the same as mine.  They willing gave me the number and the address: 16192 Postal Highway Lews DE 19958 to write to with any questions. I spoke with Tiffany Johnson.  I will contact the State Attorney General's Office to file to have this on record.  If there are any other suggestion please make them known.

these guys called me for months maybe 5-10 times a day until I finally gave in and recorded my name ,etc.on their stupid recorder. They said they are from Yellowpages online and they said they will keep calling back until I do the recording. They should be put out of business! I even got call block from Verizon but it does not do long distance numbers so I had to cancel it again. Need a new kind of call block for businesses, but they called on many different numbers anyway. Help!

I called the number they gave me as a customer service line (which i had to fight to get) and I had some man answer a company's name i have never heard of before.
