My Mother, who lives 100 miles from me and has no association with my phone, email, address, internet, or the like was billed by this company 3 times on a bill. When she called to question these charges she was told I ordered services using her number! Never would I do this!

this number showed up on my moms bill and she didn't sign up either she is going to work on getting it cancelled I noticed the other comments are from 2008 & 2009 so it appears they are at it again watch out AT&T customers
I had the same bill for at least 4 months, FIOS says some companies have authority to add miscellaneous charges to my bill. But for me to correct and error on their bill about an extra set top box rental, I was on the phone for an hour. Why can't I correct it quicker? AT&T and FIOS are probably in cahoots with them. That's what happens when you have no regulations on this subject. The best I could get from FIOS was a block of this charge in the future. Now what? They take my money and I get nothing from them! I don't even know why I would this service and why FIOS would not verify with me with a simple phone call of this charge and service. They say they have confidentiality with our personal information but do they really? I am really PISSED!
I had 2 unauthorized charges on my phone bill from Rocket Communications for $12.95. I never ordered this service. I canceled via their automated phone. I hope that works
It's a scam. Anyone can enter a person's phone number, an email address, click on "bill me later" and guess what? A charge is automatically incurred on your next phone bill! The charge is small ($12.95) and coupled with the fact that most are too busy to read the fine detail so we just pay the bill and don't notice the extra charge! BUSTED...AT&T refuses to stop these scammers...instead, they want to sell call block and other features! Their website says it all...http://www.rocketvoicemail.com/account.aspx
