Options express BS sales call

Options Express Sales Call - Calling them at their corporate number tomorrow to confirm it is legit

I got the call tonight from "Options Express" saying i had an account with them which i dont. I called back and asked that I be removed from their call list. I dont know how they got my number.

this is FAKE! They called me as ZeccoTrading. I called Zecco and found that they did not have such a service! Do not call back! Do not pay them as well!

Options Express.  I have an account there but haven't used it.  Seems like a good company.  They are trying to sell investment advice.  They said that they were interested in me participating in a investment training program.  The cost is from $1,900 to $5,000.  Normally I would hang up on someone who is pitching something like this but I have a high opinion of Options Express.  However, sounds like a rip off to me.  Probably should have hung up on them.

UNKNOWN CALLER

This is a company calling itself OptionsXpress Personal Coaching. They want to schedule a 45-minute "interview" with you so they can sell you some coaching for $2k to $4k. They are NOT part of OptionsXpress, 'cause I asked.
According to my research, their REAL name is TrueNorth Academy. One of their former teachers recommends against the offer for several reasons.

I have written to OptionsXpress to determine how my name & number were released.

Options Express is an excellent online brokerage - especially if you trade options.  However, this is the first time I've been solicited by them in the 5 or so years I've had an account there (actually, a "business partner" company of theirs.)

And when I called them today to tell them to remove me from the call list, I learned something quite IMPORTANT ... that it, when you use a blocking code so your phone number does not show up on the display of whom you are calling IT DOES NOT WORK WITH 888 NUMBERS and I would suspect 800 numbers etc etc.

Great company ... but phone solicitation = bad practice.

optionsXpress Personal Coaching Department, they left a message.  My wife has an optionsXpress account and they are offering coaching as a free service to help you trade, which also generates more commissions for them; nothing is free. :-)  They call and/or email me about once a month and if I ever answered they would probably stop.

Have no idea who called but they called twice my business line and left no message. I never pick up toll free number calls anymore.
