Was charged $24.95 from SBO-ONLINE.ORG on behalf of USPrizeDraw.com. Stating that I had signed up online for something. Bah Humbug! They are a rip off and if they cannot supply you with the name of the person that authorized charges, they have to refund your money!

Paid for 9 months worth of their service (voice mail) but didn't know it. The company was more than willing to try and fix the problem. Gave me 3 months back stat with instructions how to get the rest. This stuff does happen, who knows how or why. Keep your cool when you call, they will fix it.

Charge for $14.95 from "ESBI" on local phone bill for tech services. Never heard of company, never had any tech service, never authorized billing. Called them, hung up on me. Called local company, had charge billed back to ESBI and all third party charges blocked. So tired of these crooked companies always trying to rip people off! Can't something be done?

A shameless "third-party provider" called ESBI. It makes profits by adding unauthorized "services" to your home phone bill.
