I got a call from "RACHEL!" like we were best friends! We were the "TOP RATED [insert your field here]" and unfortunately you don't have any stars! Let me fix that!"
No thanks. Don't return their calls.

I got a call from Laura stating she was working on the Google Plus page at our office. I spoke with her and she was concerned about our reviews. She described a process to implement in our office and $399/mo for 2-3 months and a monthly maintenance fee afterwards to improve our ranking as well as our reputation online. I did not do any business with them.

Christina from Reputation Impression wanted to talk to the former President of our company (he retired years ago) about some "online changes."
We have never done business with them.

Reputation Impression took $3,500 from me and I never saw one lick of results. I was told that reputationimpression.com had been in business for years. I guess i am just a trusting person.
After some further research I have found that there domain has only been registered for around 10 months.
Reputation Impression is a huge scam. I had a money back guarantee from them, and now 4 months later I can't even get anyone on staff to answer my calls, or even reply to a email.
I would caution any one from doing business with Reputation Impression.
Consumers Beware!!
