Ihave received a call every night form "Paul Black" no explanation as to what it is regarding. I do NOT call back random people. If you can't give me the courtesy of a real human being then at the very least give me a reason for the call. However, I DO NOT owe anyone. so these call MUST STOP

I went out of town for two weeks and had 27 messages from this Paul black guy. When I tired to return the call it wasnt picked up. But lucky for me I have been through this before. I once had a guy call me and tell me there was a Lein on my truck for a old credit card bill. He requested payment of $300 immediately to stop any further court actions. Little did he know my truck was financed so therefore I didn't own it. After several threatening phone calls I contacted the police department and my finance company. They both verified there was no such thing placed on my truck and I was being scammed. How do I know this Paul black is fake? I do have debt and a unsavory credit score BUT I am repairing it slowly and know exactly who I owe money to as I have been paying a little something to all my debts for some time now. I also posses not a single credit card. So ya Paul black nice try....

Ok I finally got them to stop calling me this is how you can do it too if you are not the target of there crap:
1) add yourself to the Do Not Call List: https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx
2) next time they call tell them you are not the person they are looking for and that you are on the do not call list and that if they call again you will report them and also notify the FTC and the BBB.

After I did this they never called me again. The do not call list does cover situations like this, but ONLY if you are NOT the person they are targeting.

these people are rude, snappy, and do nothing but harass you. I recently changed my number, once I got all the wrong number to stop calling me I get an automated call from a guy named Richard Silver asking me to call him back. I just usually hang up but after two weeks of him calling me 3-4 times a week I finally called the number back. I talked to some guy who told me that the calls are a wrong number and that he would remove me from the system, when I asked why it was in the computer as a wrong number but still calling me, he became very rude and defensive. He told me it takes 24hrs for my number to be removed from there automated calling list, 2 days later I just received another call.

Ive tried everything I can do, Ive talked to them multiple times, they refuse to give me a supervisor and they wont stop calling. I finally got my work, school, doctors offices, and friends switched over to my new number. I really don't want to have to change it again.

I'm about to file Chapter 7, so it don't matter anyway wether they call or not. My phone is programmed to let them ring one only time than it goes to a busy tone (for them). So............... I love the game. Oh, btw, if you get to speak to the, tell them they will find you at 809-496-2700 it costs them Big Bucks when this number (in Thaiti) is dialed eh eh eh (remember You, not to dial this number it will cost you!). Got a call from this number and was hung up again. Does calif have a law to make this stop. They call every tuesday at 9am. Help.

I am a freaking high school student and I am receiving these calls. Do they really spend as much time making sure the right phone number as they do calling? Such idiotic morons.
