This phone stalker as called my home four times yesterday, after being told the person she was looking for was not at this number (my sister in-law she has never lived in the state we reside in) she called back and left a messages claiming charges where filed and there was a claim number against her and she had been officially notified, last time I checked you cannot officially notify people of pending charges over the phone especially when you are told you have the wrong number for the person. I searched the number she left as a call back number cannot find it affiliated with any company (government, collection or legal) at all located in the USA. Today she called back when I informed her that she was told yesterday she had called the wrong number and still called back and left a message she got a nasty attitude with me. I told her the person she was looking for did not live here and not to call back. I hung up and she called back and demanded to speak to my husband I told her there was no reason to speak to him and she informed me she was a private locator (but would not give me any information about her business or who she was working for) I cussed her out and hung up on her repeatedly (she called back 4 more times) the whole time she informed me I was rude and disrespectful which I replied she was being rude and disrespectful by continuing to call my home after being told not to. Finally I informed her if she called again I would be contacting the authorities and filing charges on her for harassment she then told me that my sister in-law has been notified and charges were being pressed because I was notified. I told her she hadn't notified anyone because I couldn't get ahold of my sister in-law and the message would not be passed on and I was calling the police to report her. I hung up and she stopped calling me back.

this "woman," if you would call her that, called my boss saying she had info regarding the files charged against me. She later called my residence 3 times and was extremely rude to my son. But all in doing so, would never give out any information as to who she worked for or even the charges. we got the cell number from the caller I.D.

I got a call from this number and they told me that I had $460 deposited into my checking account on 1-7-11. I asked them who the payday loan company was and they said it was Bahamma Marketing Group and they said that this company ownes alot of different payday groups. I felt pressed into giving them my debt card number because they said they where going to take me court if I didn't want to settle this matter. So I called the bank I use to bank with and thdey told me that the account was closed on 9-20-10 and they even emailed me proof that account was closed on that month and year. So I had to have my debt card closed because of this fraud. I was just wondering if I should call them back and tell them that I'm not going to do anything or if I should just not call them at all.

Received a message from a Patricia White at this phone number. When I asked for her phone # and company, she said she was on her personal cell phone and would never give that out. Well, I was informed she would file papers at work. I told her go ahead. I have no idea what she wants and she can't give any information regarding this matter. I was told not to give any info to them, especially, banking. Report them to an attorney. They chg numbers and are very rude.Do not believe the stuff they are threatening you with as they are sitting in a call center. I don't know how they get your info or anything about you, but they do. Good luck to anyone they call.

How u gone serve someone papers over the phone and u don't no wat they look like said he was a private locator and I have debts yeah I have debts but there are not any loans. Hospital bills and student loans. I don't no wat is going on but im not buyin this bull I had another company trying to do it right before Christmas a law firm out of Detroit MI they had no record of the case number are my name I did some research before I pay anything to anybody over the phone these people say that they are from Los Angeles but no address said I stayed there a while I have never been to the west coast far as Texas that's it the north south east coast this this is bull this happen bout thirty minutes ago.

Called me and my hubby today, stating that I owed money from a loan I took out in 2010, and I didn't take a loan out in 2010 I asked them for send written verification, and they told me they could not!  Said I would be served at my home or my place of business...really, but you can't send me documentation of what is to be owed???

They just call me and they did scam me out of 250. I have never been in any kind of trouble. Got scared until I was told it was a scam. Never again

called  my  work  and  said  I  was  facing  fraud  charges  cause  I  have  a  unpaid  loan,  what  is  really  going  on???

These people keep calling me and called my boss at work today telling him that he was obligated and was now involved in serving me papers. Yet, they give no information, refuse to give an address, or any information other than the phone number above and some phony case number. When I go through my files, there is nothing similar to this. They need to stop calling.

Gloabl Litigation saying they have a case and I received funds from some weird payday loan. SCAM! Somehow though they had all my info.

I received a call from them as well. With a message from a Lisa Matthews. No company name.
