This is pure, unadulterated harassment under the FDCPA (in addition to refusing to provide a mailing address to send a cease communication letter) and I would not hesitate to report them to the FTC:

When I asked bradley brown to stop calling or to give me his address I would send him a written notice to stop harassing me he said he didn't have to said he would call as many times as he wanted then called my phone and would hang up each time I answered he did this 7times in a row

The person who calls is threatening me with a document that has charges against me.  She said she would bring them to my house!  I told her to bring them and problem solved, if it is a legit document from a court or sherriff's office then i will comply and since I suspect it isnt because you don't get phone calls when a judge issues a paper, they go directly to your home and deliver.  I told her I reported her numbers and information (she goes by Kimberly King) to the FTC and entered the information on our State's Complaints site...she got mad and sad you can't do that and hung up.   I don't know much about the law but I do know as a consumer if you owe a company they must give you the information in writing and provide you with their address, etc.  When I asked her for information she said..."What for" and hung up.

I received a call from some "firm" asking for my brother (whom I do not live with or speak to often). The girl said something about needing to contact him about some documents and it was very urgent. The number came across my cell phone as 817-722-2020, but the # she gave me for him to call was this 888-307-9640 number. She even gave me a claim number for him. I told her up front that this was not his phone and she needed to contact him directly. She ignored that, gave me the information, and then stated she is considering him officially contacted. The whole thing sounded fishy to me, but I passed along the message to him. He called the number and then called me back. He said the person he spoke to didn't even really tell him what it was about and was pretty vague about the whole thing. He said it's probably a scam and not to talk to them again. If they call my phone again, I will report them.

I have received various harrassment phone calls from this number to my cell and work number.  A person named Kimberly King calls and left a voice mail message that says she is serving papers to my home and my job.  When I retrieved the message from my voice mail the number that actually comes up is (580)-282-0015.  I researched this number and it is registered through Chickasaw Telecommunications to a Brittany Carmen who lives in Marietta, OK, she is listed on Spokeo with a home address not a business at all.  

Must be some kind of phishing/scam because she says they are a law firm on the messages she has left and wants me to confirm my address and information to serve me court papers.  By law, in NYS this would go to court, a judge would sign it and send the Sheriff's Office to serve me the documents.  

Filed a complaint with the FTC.

Block that number and report them. Problem solved. If they call you with other numbers, block those as well.

they are call ing everyone in my family. i dont know who they are or what they could possibly want. This is reall starting to irritate me. I wish they would stop., They are call under a fake name as H & S Heating. wtf???
