This is a solicitation.  They are trying to sell you stuff or sell stuff to your business.  In other words  a total waste of time

I get a call daily around noon from this number, there is no message. Any idea who it is?

Thid call was from Goup Finiancial.  Calling us as being past due on a bill that was mailed (and should have been received) before the due date.

This number calls into the customer service line at the company i work for, never an answer. So i finally call back and ask what they want. She asks to speak with my CFO, i told her that there is no way shes going to get on the phone with him calling our customer service line but offered to put her through to his voicemail. she said she will just try back again, i asked her if she would not do that and that she would keep calling. Literally dealing with a mental retard here. you're not going to talk to our CFO by calling customer service.

This number belongs to US Bancorp (not USBank) also doing business as Manifest Financial Services. It turns out that they are not licensed as a collection agency by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 7th Place East, St. Paul, MN 55101, Attention Collections Dept. This is their Achilles Heal. Write a letter to the MN Dept. of Commerce with your complaint. They will investigate.

The ruse they used to get our ACH transfer info was that they had not received our payment while in fact they did the day before they contacted us. According to the Dept. of Commerce this is a violation of Minnesota Law.

This number has called twice today, and once yesterday. Each time they ask to talk to accounts payable. When I say that I can help them with Accounts Payables, they tell me they must have called from the wrong list and hang up. It wouldn't be strange, except for the "we must have called from the wrong list" part.

This number called a couple of times and there was never any answer so i finally called back. They answered saying "This is will how can i help you?" After i gave him my info he said that he was calling from US Bank manifest calling about the equipment contract they have with our company and he asked to talk to our CFO. Put him through to his extension.

I continue to get calls but no message from this number. I need them to go away..

Kept getting calls from this number, but when we answered there was nobody there. I finally called back, remained on the line until a young lady answered and I asked what company she represented and she told me (after a long pause) Brandywine Capital and that someone had been calling trying to reach our Accounts Payable Dpt.  I explained that there was never anyone on the line when they called us and I offered to transfer her to Accounts Payable; she said that would be great...so I did.

I received a call from 888-312-3594 today at 9:17am.  When I answered the phone the caller hung up the phone.  I then checked Caller ID and ring back the number.  A male voice said "This is Julian can I help you?"

Annoying people. They claimed that they had not received a payment although the check is automatically and had already cleared 2 weeks ago and was not late. She wanted to do a pay by phone check which I refused to do. Good thing that I did not since as you can see from before, it had already cleared a while ago.
They are simply either crooks or stupid. However this just started this month, Jan 2011.

USBank has consistently refused to allow us access to our account records. What little we have been able to squeeze out of them indicates that they are extraordinarily sloppy.

They were using the wrong address for our company, resulting in property and sales taxes going to the wrong city/county! To their credit, they did manage to get the state right.

Additionally, they over-charged us for property taxes, paid less than they were drawing on our account, provided NO documents for end-of-year tax purposes, AND we were already paying our own property taxes. It took 2 years to get them to acknowledge this.

Now we're embroiled in a fight with them over Sales Taxes. USBank's tax office is so inept they don't know the difference between a tax-exempt company and purchasing equipment that is tax-exempt!

The State of Texas Comptroller's Office may well be calling an audit of USBank's shoddy, shady taxing practices.

If you have an account w/them, you should look closely at any taxes they are charging and confirm that they have been paid to the proper taxing entities.

To my knowledge, when calling an toll free number the paying company is allowed to see your number even though you might have your blocked.

It is considered legal by law for the paying company to know which calls they are paying for.

You will not beat them this way...

This number goes to FPC Funding which bought out IFC Credit for Equipment. They have automatic dialing phones so there is a pause before they actually answer the phone when you've already answered.  Their system sucks b/c it sometimes will call you and hang up before anyone is on the line.

US Bankis who they say there representing.

People...just go into your phone settings, and "Hide your number" so these losers cant see whos calling them, and then proceed to call them all day and dont say anything. I just called them 30 times in a row each time they were eager to talk but I didnt say a word and they cant see my #. I went thru every collection goon in the office at least 3 times. This my friends is how WE thew people get back. Gotta beat em at their own game.

Call came through on main line, when I answered there was a recording to call back 888-312-3594.  When I called back the person answered "This is Britney, can I help you?"

USA Bank working for Pentech ( a crooked leasing company ).  My lease was sold to them 6 months after it started (4 year lease). The old leasing company had a 10 day grace period to receive payment each month.  This new company (Pentech) calls THE FIRST DAY AFTER THE DUE DATE - 5 times a day until 5 days after they receive payment.  IDIOTS with nothing better to do.  I no longer answer their calls but they call from up to 15 numbers and when you call back they just say "hello?".  They also threatened to repossess the equipment when I was 10 days after the due date.
