OK, your tin foil pyramid hat is on a little tight. Back your chair, slowly, away from the computer. See that table over there? Your medication is there, right next to the glass of water. I realize you're upset, but I had no way of knowing that the deck of cards only had 51. There are still lots more flowers to pick off the wall, wouldn't that be more fun than using the computer? Captain Kangaroo? No, no, sorry. No Captain Kangaroo? He's having a beer with Mr. Dressup.

Received a VoiceMail from 888.312.8602.  Called back a day later and a gent answered the phone, giving only his name, not Revenue Reporting Services as was on the message.  He asked me for the reference number left on VoiceMail and asked me if I knew a woman named, Drucilla.  When I answered, no, he asked for my cell phone, asked again if I knew Drucilla then, hung up.  Was he fishing for a phone number or other information?  At best, this was shifty...

Trying to collect on debts that are out of statue of limitations with threats of lawsuit, fradualent check charges regarding old outdated payday loans, It is a scam.  You are low life bottom scum who buy out of date debts and try to intimidate and scare people illegally.  One of these companies if bring sued and charges brought against them for doing the above.  You are liars, why don't you get an honest job.  Record all messages from these companies.  There are attorneys who will sue them for you at 1000 a phone call. If you do talk to them, try and get the legal name of the company (which never happens) or the persons real name. Keep track, their tactics ARE ILLEGAL and FRAUD!

I received a phone from call from the same bogus number and when I told them they had the wrong number then they asked me if i knew the person they were looking for. When I asked him if he understood English and not to call my number he said he would call the next day that's when he became every word I could think of except a child of GOD. I then called the number and someone name Mr Brown answered and told them not to call my number again & that I was going to file a harassment suit against them and report them and said he didn't care & was going to continue to call he got some choice words as well. I would like to thank everyone who left comments regarding this company because I had no idea this company was such scammers.

This company continues to contact me stating fraudulent activity that was reported on an account before I was even eighteen, I am now well into my thirties. Please stop calling my number and find you someone else to play with. Stop purchasing debt to make a living. You can not cure debt with debt notes. Debt is a revolving cycle. In my opinion, you should not use Broadway Moving and Storage as a moving company (http://www.broadwaymovingandstorage.com). I used them and really regret it. You should just use a different mover. Not only does it seem that they are more expensive per pound then most places but about half of my furniture was damaged in the move. They also gave me a different quote over the phone and failed to get the shipment to me on time. This part would not have been so bad if they had just called to let me know what was going on but once they got my money it seems that they did not care. Besides the pricing issue and the damaged furniture, they clearly cared only about the money. Broadway moving is part of Allied (allied.com), who only refunded us a fraction of the value of the damaged furniture. Just use someone else and save yourself the hassle.

You buy junk debt past statue of limitations.  Try to make yourself sound official. You lie and try to scare people into paying you for something no longer valid.  You need to read the law regarding debt, payday loans and statue of limitations.  Harrassment is no allowed,  your firm is being investigated for fraud.

You will be sued for every scam call you make to the tune of 1000 per phone call. You have been recorded and reported to the FCC. If you work for this lowlife company, I would suggest you look for some other job

This number called and left  a message on my voicemail, stating that they had a matter to talk to me about stated that they had tried to contact me by US postal service and numerous phone calls, that it was a regarding a civil suit they had against me...LOL laughable...this is the same company that has been harrassing me for the last 3 years...same company just a different number....Revenue Reporting Agency...it was an automated message...well #1 If i had a civil case against me...i would definitely know about it...legally they are to serve you with papers...it just floors me how these people are still doing this...Don't ever answer a phone call from a 800 or 888 number...because 9 times out of 10 its a scam...if they leave a voice mail and you still don't know who it is...don't call, get online and look up the number through google it...better to be safe than sorry..

I received a call from this number on my office line and since I was on lunch, didn't bother to pick up a "toll free" number.  This is not a primary line for me and not attached to any documents/accounts, etc.
As soon as the phone stopped ringing, they called right back a second later.  Again I didn't pick it up and it went to the message machine..no message left, just dead air. The phone immediately rang again, this time I picked it up and could hear voices but no-one answered.  Again, I hung up and the phone rang back 2-3 more times, no answer when I picked up before I finally did a *69 out of annoyance.  A guy named JASON answered and said he was with REVENUE SERVICES and asked if I was in some form of litigation. I have no litigation going on, nor do I owe any debts, etc.  He said they should have left me with a case number (they did not).  I'm assuming this is likely due to the person who owned the number before me (I've had this number only 4 months) since I've already informed a number of low life collection services that I'm not the person they are looking for.  In any case, Jason informed me there must be a glitch in their system and he'd contact his IT people to correct it.  It's been 20 minutes and no calls so far so maybe it worked.  I understand companies trying to collect money owed to them, but really now, are they seriously expecting to collect a debt by harassing the wrong parties?  How about doing a little investigative work.  A search of white pages made it easy for me to find the person who previously owned my number so whey can't seem to figure this out on their own?  I'm not about to pay the debt for someone I don't know just because this agency keeps calling. It's too bad that COMCAST is so quick to turn around phone numbers from delinquent customers.  If they hadn't reassigned this phone number so fast, I wouldn't be dealing with harassing calls for "Ms. Jennifer Jones".

I received a message from Jason also threatening me on a payday loan taken out in 2007. He asked did I remember this. I informed him that i could not remember what I did yesterday much less almost 6 years ago. Jason told me that the payday loan company was looking to press charges on me for fraud because of a bad check. I informed him that I had not wrote a bad check and that the account he was making reference to had been closed by the bank after everything had cleared due to fraudulent activity. He told me that I owed $800 and something dollars off of an $300 payday loan. Ok well way I figure it why did it take you almost 6 years to contact me regarding it. Is the statute of limitations 7 years?  To him I say kiss my a** and do what you have to do. If there were anything to it then you would know my married last name not my maiden considering "you have a PI" and my correct address. How professional is your company that you get on this website and even respond to these post? PEOPLE SIMPLY REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ANYTIME THESE PEOPLE CONTACT YOU..FILL OUT THE FORMS THE AG PROVIDES AND SEND THEM IN. WHEN THEY CALL YOU OR FAMILY MEMBERS NAMES THIS IS SLANDER PER MY ATTORNEY MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RECORDER GOING AS SOON AS YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AND LET THEM SAY EVERYTHING THEY HAVE TO SAY. YOU HAVE GROUNDS FOR A LAWSUIT YOURSELF.....HAVE A GOOD DAY.. AND JASON AND OTHER EMPLOYEES IN YOUR COMPANY PLEASE STOOP AS LOW AS WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE AND COMMENT............................................

I talked to a guy named Gerald Stone. He called my in-laws gave out my personal information and spoke to them about the debt. i told him he was in direct violation of the fair debt collection practices act. He then said he did not have to adhear to that because he is in the fraud division. Then i was told i was uneducated becasue i didnt understand how this person who is clearly just a telemarketer/collector could not be held by a federal law. Then i was hung up on. well i filed 2 complaints with the FTC and i have a counselor thats helping me move this along. You lied to the wrong person today!

You're right, you legal genius you! To a point. You have every right to legally attempt to collect on a valid debt. The key words here being 'legally' and 'valid'.
If you want to 'ruin' someones life, even on a valid loan, you'd better have more than some 'in-house' lawyer. If you want to harass a debtor at work you had better be calling once and then only to confirm his employment. If you threaten a lawsuit you'd better follow through with it and if you'd like to threaten an arrest or prosecution you'd better pray that your target isn't smart enough to be recording the conversation. Then there's the issues of whether a PDL was granted to a person who lives in a state where they are legal and whether your firm is legally able to collect in that state. The caveats continue but the bottom line is this. These so called debt collectors are employed in an industry that is viewed as being two steps below that of the hard working crack-w***es out there. Which is why they are prone to using terms like 'Accts. Receivable' in conversations and on resumes. The only thing lower than a fraudulent debt collector is the Attorney (who is, or soon will be, dis-barred) that fronts for them.

I love people with no knowledge. This is not a scam the whole process of collecting on pay day loans is legal. These companies buy the debt from the people you took the loan from Western sky, loanpoint ert. Now when the "collectors" call you they can do anything like call your work pretty much ruin our life cause your a low life who cant pay their debts. The best part is that it is completely legal and within their right to take you to court if they see fit cause they own the debt. Or just dont answer your phone ;)
