DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PERSONAL INFO, IT IS A SCAM. THE WOMAN THAT CALLED ME SAID HER NAME IS MARIA LOPEZ, IF THERE WERE REALLY CHARGES AGAINST YOU, DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD CALL AND WARN YOU FIRST? THIS IS A SCAM, THEY THREATEN YOU INTO TO GIVING THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFO. DONT FALL FOR IT.

I got a call on my cell phone from a local 859 number saying that my husband was going to be served today at his home or place of employment.. I asked the man who was filing the claim he said it was in a sealed envelope and couldn't open it but it was coming from a place called United Firm  and provided me with a phone number 1-888-313-4032. I asked when he was going to be served with these papers, he advised today, either at his home address or work address, I asked about what time.. he said he wasn't sure he had more papers to deliver... the callers name was Rick Lopez...   I also advised that we have received nothing in the mail about this and if he would send us a paper copy, he said he couldn't...

First my sister got a call from a 951-602-5463 leaving her a message thinking it was me saying something about charges of some kind for who knows what, then a couple of days after my ex received another call asking for me again, but he didn't give any information, so they just gave him a claim number and to call this other number 888-313-4032 for this United Firm. I'm thinking is a scam because this is the first I know about this. I've called the 951 number and no answer.

We also just got a phone call from this number and the guy on the phone wanted to know my personal information but I wouldn't give it to him.  He called the company United and said it was based in Arizona.  We heard children crying in the background.  Thanks.

i just googled that phone number and it is in oklahoma, the name of the business is xpress cellular repair.

i also received a call from this number telling me the same thing but they wouldnt give me any information about it unless i gave them my personal information to verify who i am, i told them i dont give out my personal info.

Called from different number 580.279.0131 for my son to call this 888.313.4032 number about charges and claims against him
