I called them and told them that they keep calling me on my cell phone and that the man on the phone keeps saying that a person of interest is at my address. I told them that the man doesn't even say who he is calling for so how do they know that there is a person of interest at my address. The man I talked to said that they were trying to reach so and so, who happens to be my husband's ex wife. I told them that I have had this number for 5 years and that there is nobody by that name at my number. The gentleman asked if I get a lot of calls for her and I told him I do. She gives out my number to her creditors. That's ok though because I tell them to take me off their calling list and give them her work number.

The same person calls from 888-314-7131. Read the thread for more info. Basically same as what is posted here. Person of interest yadda yadda.

I have been receiving the same calls from this '7098' and the '7131' number.  

I have filed a complaint to the FCC - perhaps prompt action will be taken by the FCC if many others file a complaint as well.

I hope that the threatening, sociopath callers read this and other comments posted and realize that intrusion and extortion attempts will not be tolerated and that measures are being taken leading to legal consequences.

I blocked the 7098 number and they called again using 7131. I just blocked that one too.

Lady named jessica called and said she was with process server division.  She recieved a complaint about me.  It was a time sensitive manor. Talked very fast.

Same caller.  Received calls yesterday and today and let both go to voicemail.  He says his name is "Charles _______ (unintelligible)" from CSIR regarding an urgent "time sensitive" matter, and that if I don't call him within 48 hours he cannot help me.  

He doesn't say who he's calling for......could be my son, but I'm not overdue on any debts that a collector would be calling ME about.

Same Guy, basically the same as the rest of the posts, I asked what It was in regards to and the man proceeded to rip me a new A** Hole about suing someone in my family and that I should not be associating with criminals.  I am livid with his tone and all out attack on me when I chose to ask questions about what It was in regards to.  They call every hour.

recieved a call from a male with a deep voice about time sensitive matter, he got upset when i was getting smart with him and not releasing any information. I called back from another phone and blocked my number and got no response, this needs to stop.... no one has time for scams.

How do I get my name taken off their calling list?

This company REALLY needs to quit calling my cell phone about a "time sensitive matter"...male, deep voice. Sorry but I dont owe anything and I know nothing about any "time sensitive matter" with an investigation. Needing to speak with me.

Got two  calls from them in a matter of 15 minutes. This is rediculous!

Same as Texas Law comment...nearly exactly. When I asked for caller's name he said it was Nunya Business....and their address was 12345 Anywhere Street...Really? Do you actually have employees that funny??? I told them laws in NC prevent repeat secondary contact calls...logged complaint on their website..and responder is very nice, however, we are in a never-ending email loop that they don't have anyone with that name or don;t have my adolescent son's phone number...I've contacted my attorney and am lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If i settle a debt with this company will the debt really be settled and why cant i go directly through the company debt collection in the first place. they gave me 4 days to pay the original debt and said they would waive the $700 in interest occured over 8  years. which they said they sent summons to court sueing me for the whole amount at an address ive never lived at! should i pay??   i call the original debt company and they validated the CSI recovery but none of the phone numbers or names matched up

Same Phone Call... Same guy named Charles Guvide... calling from CSIR...I called them back, my phone number was affiliated with some woman named Miller... not me...then they asked if I knew her to which the answer was no... I asked to have my number removed once before and they failed to do so.

I asked for them to do this again today and they said they would.  This place sounded like QVC switchboard at Christmas with a penny sale on CZ rings...could hardly hear the person i was speaking to and even asked what telemarketer she was with.

I then asked them for their current physical address and they hung up on me.

I called back...I explained to the woman who answered what the problem was and that I would like to have their address and she started to give it to me and then "I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER CALL" then the manager got on the phone and asked why I wanted it.  I told him that I am in Texas and we have laws here about harrising phone calls (and I am in law enforcement) and I wanted their address so that if they call again I can take further civil actions.  The guy was hesitant to give it to me, but ended up doing so and was polite about it.

Man with deep voice saying it was urgent that I get in touch with him with in 48 hrs. or he would not be able to do anything to help! man's voice is very intimidating and demanding! TIRED of be harassed over sometime I know nothing about!!!

Deep voiced man, intimidating... call today or else, yada yada yada. I returned the call, and the woman who had my number before me is involved in ANOTHER civil law suit. This is the third one in 8 months!!!!!! I feel sorry for the woman.

Got a call at my parents number requesting I call them about a court date.  They told my parents they are a process server company.  I called and they were closed.  They are called CSI and they left me a number of 1-888-314-7098.

Just got call and I pressed to be connected to office ask for my name but used name I havent used in about 10 yrs plus... wrong last 4 of ss#... I dont owe anyone so idk,,,,Took my name off calling list..

Just received the same call from the same man with the deep voice indicating this was a time sensitive matter and he needed to hear from me today. If not, there would be nothing he could do.
