getting the same message on my phone and if they are leaving messages like these on peoples phones..  They are in violation of the fair debt collection act.  They should be reported to the FTC

If you had a court date, you would have been notified by registered letter!! They are just trying to scam you by saying you have an unpaid loan! BUT, if you give them money, the court date will be null and void! Pieces of s##t is all they are!!!! Scam!!!

Just got call saying that I have a court date that I need to call them asap who is these people and what they want.

Just recieved this call saying it was urgent they talk to me. Something about being able to help me in a situation of serious matter. Don't have a clue, I pushed #1 for the call to be transferred. Got a recording that no one was available, I left my number and told them to call me back. We have been getting calls for my son who is up to his eyeballs in debt and they can't find him. Wish these pest would loose my number.

I've been receiving these calls daily, from the same criminal creep, threatening that since I keep refusing to respond to him, he won't be able to help me.  He has been saying he is "Michael" but I recognize this is the very same voice also named "Jason" leaving the same threatening messages from a variety of other (888) 314-XXXX numbers.  I am appreciative of all who take the time and effort to post comments.  I am grateful to be able to check numbers with this site to easily determine scam calls and I watch for the dates of the postings to determine how recent these numbers were or are used.  I've seen postings for some numbers dating back to 2007.  It's frustrating that this could go on for so many years.  I have reported them to the FCC and I continue to get the calls.  My only remedy has been to set up blocking and I have now blocked this number as well.

I also received a call from these con artists.  Since I know that I don't have any outstanding debt, I know that they are simply trying to scare innocent people into paying phony charges, or trying to get personal information to use for fraudulent purposes.   Do not talk to them, report the numbers used to the FCC.   They are working on ways to determine where they are coming from and will prosecute accordingly.

Received a message that they had to speak with me today.  My sister Pressed one and stated they have a order for me to appear in court.

I keep receiving phone threatening phone calls from the 888.314.7548 every day.

Received voice mail message stating he was looking for a person of interest about an urgent matter and must call him immediately or he won't be able to help.  He didn't state whom he was looking for or what the urgent matter was about.  I assume by previous comments on this site that it's a debt collector.  Oh well, sorry for ya!!

I received the same intimidating message from that same person stating that I am a person of interest and he said he will be able to help me with this situation.

But yet he will still call you everyday!!!!!  They just talk a lot of nonsence.  I told him one on the phone to come to my house im waiting for him..LOL  Of coarse he was a no show

One of the guys names is Jason Cammezian.  Every one in that office is an ex-con!!!  They work for some bill collectors . I look forward to putting him back in jail for breaking the laws and leaving threatening phone calls.  Everything they say on the voice mails they leave is just lies.  They talk about this is the last day I can help you b4 it goes to criminal court.  Well guess the convict thinks people are stupid because civil matters don't go to criminal court.

Received VM about "urgent matter" ... called back, and was greeted by name, and was put on hold; I hung up phone.  Have not heard from them again.
