this number has called my job, my children (who are minors), my cellphone and threaten to serve me with some papers.

when i called it said united then when transferred to customer service they hung up on me voices in background

Some lady Named Diana called my job and left a threatning that they have a claim against me and they need to service me some papers.  and to tell Mr Rivera that youo have been warned.  I'm a Mrs not a Mr and they never stated what company they are from or anything.  Just a very rude message

They called me twice stating charges have been filed against me and they are coming to my home or work to serve me papers. Whatever! it would help if they stated whom they are with and what the charges are B***s***!

CALLING MY HOUSE LOOKING FOR MY SISTER LEAVING THREATNING MESSAGES EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM SHE DOESN'T LIVE HEAR. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AS WELL.

4/12 - I received a voice mail and a call from a man on Monday that I had to tell him to spit out what was in his mouth and slow down so I could understand him.  Said I had 10 minutes to call 888-315-4945 (United Firm) or he was going to show up at my job to serve me because a "claim / charges had been filed against me". That was after he told me he had been to my home but no one was there - which is a lie, my husband was there and no one came to the door. Of course, I didn't call the number. He then called my daughter and told her he would hate to have to embarass me at work in front of my boss and that I better call.  I did nothing and nothing happened.

4/19 - Just received a call from a woman this time basically saying the same thing.  But it was 20 minutes and the company was United Pre Litigation. I tried calling her number back. Of course, after about 20 rings a recording said my call could not be completed at this time.

Isn't it odd they called both times on a Friday.

Amazon and ebay have some great  blockers...telephones that block are Ok..but they only have 50 number max capacity..that is not enough when dealing with these douche-bags...the one I have has 1500 number blocking capacity and costs around 60 bucks.

This number has called my parents, husband, and my phone stating that I owe a claim, it had been placed on their desk since this morning and that I had been officially served....The thing is..they are using my maiden name and I have been married for 5 years.

A Rebecca Torres left a message for my deceased husband saying he was duly notified about a claim against him and said he had to call to settle the claim

Called requesting the whereabouts of a member of the family and suggested that if they did not call this number, they were going to be picked up either at work and/or home.  Made it seem so dire.

THIS LADY CALLED MY PHONE WHICH SOUNDED LIKE A ROBOT STATING IT WAS A LEGAL ACTION WHERE THEY WILL SERVE ME PAPERS AT MY JOB. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THIS NUMBER 1888-315-4945. I CALLED THE POLICE TO REPORT THEM FOR HARASSMENT

I have received four calls from a man named Jared McCain saying I have charges against me and claims. Asking me to verify my mailing address.  When I asked why, he told me to get a pen and paper.  If I didn't respond to the 888-315-4945 number they would send someone to arrest me.

They called and left messages on 3 of my co-workers voicemail.

Said that if I didn't pay them 800 dollars for a fradulent charge, they would send the police out!

Rec'd a call today from a Carla Vega from 1-888-315-4945.  She stated she would be serving me papers at my work and home regarding a fradulent claim against me.  She spoke so fast I had to listen to the message twice to get the information.
