A man left a message on one of my employees phones for the supervisor of a third party claiming they had been officially notified for an order presented in their office.  The phone call starts by addressing the supervisor, and ends with telling the employee (not the superfisor) that they have been officially notified.......sorry does not pass the smell test.  "Official" notifications are done in the mail, not to a third party supervisor.  Calling someone's supervisor at a work number is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act, and I will also be reporting them.

They called two relatives. They called my cell phone several times and many times in a row. Left a voicemail saying I have been officially been notified.

They called my number 4 times in an hour - 3 times with in 3 minutes. The area code comes up a (262). They called looking for my mom who passed away in April and would not tell me anything.

MARY YOU NEED TO CALL THE FTC AND REPORT THE SCAM, THIS PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET CHECKS OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE REFUSING FOR US TO SENT THEM A PAYMNT BY MAIL THIS SAID THIS IS A SCAM. WE CHECK FOR THERE COLLECTION LICENSE AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY IN MY STATE  MY ATTORNEY WILL FILE A LAW SUE AGAINS THE COLLECTOR AND THE COMPANY FOR FDCPA VIOLATIONS

This number 888-315-8598 is very questionable with their business dealings.

I asked for basic information such as a physical address to verify and send a certified letter but the person on the other end refused.  Perla Smith, gave me an email address as a means for me to send the documents that she needed.  I explained the documents have routing and bank account information on them and I can not, in good conscious, send it via email.  Again, I asked for an address but she refused.

I believe this number is a "major red flag" and needs to be dealt with accordingly.

A legite company/organization will always offer the basic information of their establishment such as their name, physical address, an email address and offer information that will help the caller to clarify who it is they are speaking to.  And, allow the caller to verify that information via whatever channels are available such as the world wide web/internet.

I found nothing under this phone number and therefore, believe this number to be a major RED flag for those who have received phone calls, such as me.

Scam, do not pay this people they are operating with no license i call the district attorneys office and they are in in fdcpa violations, CALL THE FTC IF YOU DONE THEY WILL CONTINUED WITH THE SCAM
