I am getting the same types of called.  They actually left the message on my co-workers telephone and that is embarassing and humiliating.  How do you get them to stop?  They said the number that I needed to call was 888-315-9026.

This is fake, I've had no less than a dozen scammers try the same thing over the past 3 years.  My bank was hacked and I think that's how they got my information.  Oddly it starts the same time every year.  I wish Hugoever had my contact info would lose it and quit selling it over and over!

They some how got my family's contact info too and harass them as well.  Watch out for these pains in the butt, they have been known to call your workplace and threaten your co-workers as well!

Just another scam attempt.  They along with others try to scare you into giving them account info so they can clean you out.  Look on the FTC website, fake payday loans is a very well known scam.

Receive a phone call at work from a guy asking to verify my address for charges to be served on me. I asked what court charges were filed in and he said "I didn't say anything about court."  I told him charges are formal legal complaints and asked again what court they were filed in. He got very huffy gave me a phone number, 888-315-9026 and a case number and told me to call. I started to explain I filed bankruptcy and he hung up on me. As I was typing this message he called my work cell phone and got s****y with me when I said stop calling because I filed bankruptcy. He said he didn't know why I kept bringing that up it had nothing to do with that. I told him stop calling my work cell and as I hung up he said he was going to call my supervisor.  That is illegal. I will be reporting him to my state attorney general and the FTC.

Just received a phone call from a Nick Wade (774-413-8071) stating he needed to confirm my address for legal paperwork to be served. I then asked hime to repeat his name, and asked who he worked for.  He said it was his own business and he was a private locator.  I said excuse me, but what is this about and concerning what.  He then stated "I was told you knew everything" and I stated " I have no clue".  He then gave me a case number and the phone number to call (888-315-9026).  I told him I wasnt going to fall for his scam, and his reply was it wasnt a scam.  I said b***s*** and hung up the phone.  I was so upset I called him back and told him to never contact me again or I would report him.  He laughed and said he was going to get paid no matter what.  I said good luck and hung up the phone.  He in return called me again, which I did not answer, and he left a very nasty message stating I have been warned.  I immediate got onto Google, typed in the 888 number and found this site.  Never give any information to anyone you dont know or confirm anything.  The proper and legal way is to receive information via mail.  If you dont receive any mail, they dont have your information in the first place.

They just called me too! The locator was AWFUL She has  continued to call my cell and business phone. This cannot be legit! She says she going to go to my home, business and mothers home. I know my rights, and they cannot continue to call once they have been notified to stop. I'm probably going to call my attorney.

They called my office and told my manager they had a claim against me and were going to serve me papers. I called back and it was in ref to a $500 payday loan through authorized payday that was taken out AND paid in full in 2008. They said they were united pre litigation. They wouldn't discuss my proof that it was paid, just kept hassling me for payment. Asked for a supervisor and she told me if I could get the proof while we were on the phone they'd waive the $200 extra locator service fee.  I told her I needed to get my proof at home and she said I'd probably be served before I could but that I could email it to customerhealth@unitedrecovery.info. I sent that email a cease and desist letter and they called and left ANOTHER voicemail on my work line after business hours. They also told me when I called them that they didn't have my phone number and didn't have any info on who or what 3rd party location service was calling me so they could not change or remove it. I've now filed a complaint with the FTC and IFC and am looking into calling my stat attorney general tomorrow. They're SCAMMERS and what they're doing is a deceptive practice. Do not pay them!  Report them instead!!!!

I'm not sure, I just received a voicemail from this company today Monday 11Mar2013,  collector named Robert Molina saying I have charges from a claim against me.
They need my address or employee addree to serve me papers for a formal claim and I have one opportunity to reach them about this manner, etc....  This sounds like a similiar call I received about 2 months ago. I'm sure it's the same company trying to use the scare tactics to get me to respond.

I received three back to back calls (number I didn't recognize) and all from different states, and the third call left this message.
