What frustrates me is that I have reported them to a Detective, the Attorney General, an attorney and of coure there are refered all over online....AND nothing seems to stop them. They have called my place of employment threatening any co-worker that is unfortuneate enough to answer their phones, of course they NEVER call my office phone. They tell them that as my employer they have to disclose the process for serving on company property. I'm sick of explaining to people at work that it is a scam and sick of them calling me cell over and over and over. They change their phone numbers too because I"ve blocked them several times, they just make a new number.

I am receiving numerous calls at my home, my family members homes, and my place of employment from this number. They are saying that they are calling from United. First the lady said her name was Sandra; then, in the middle of the conversation, I asked her name again, and she stated Monica. They are threatening to have papers sent to my home or my place of business. When I asked for a reference number from the company they are representing, they said they don't have it. They stated that all they have is a docket number.

I've been doing some research into this because I've been harassed for months on end, I've spoken to an Attorney General and this is the advice that they gave me after I gave them the information of the place that called including the number they did some digging and told me that it's nothing more than a scam and that they're just trying to scare you. They called my mother a liar when she told them she wasn't me, don't give them any information, you can file a complaint on your states Attorney General website and also make a report to the Better Business Bureau, that's the best that can be done at the moment, I've found NUMEROUS complaints made by many other people across the nation with the same kind of problem, you can try changing your number or ignoring their calls. According to some information that I found about this number its linked to a 'company' called ACS which they're constantly trying to scam people and have more problems than solutions. The so called docket numbers are not even real and are supposedly nothing more than "reference numbers" that THEY use to identify you. I have read from some of the complaints that they managed to get access to SSN's and such so I would be checking on that. Unless you have an officer bang on your door to "serve" you papers it's nothing more than a big fat SCAM. Please be careful.

I got a call from 859-951-3286 the lady asked for my husband, I explained he was in the hospital she claimed she had pending charges against him and needed to locate him so he can be served, I said sorry she gave me a phone number 888-317-2069 and a "case number" I said thanks and ended call, that was yesterday. She called again today and again asked for my husband, I told her he was not available she said "well I left a message yesterday and you didn't have him call." I said YES! and I told you yesterday he was in the hospital, she told me to stop lying, I told her to bring his documents and quit calling my phone. I hung up and called the 888-317-2069 and spoke to a guy I told him to stop calling he tried to tell me that his company did not make outbound calls, I said someone is calling on their behalf and what they are doing is illegal and I want it to stop. Then I get a call from a Private number, it was that woman again, she told me that she had located my husband, gave me the name of the hospital that he was in and that he just got out of surgery, she said that she was going to serve him at the hospital, now this is freaking creepy!!

Twice now this number has called BOTH of my parents phone but hasn't bothered to call ME personally, I know they're calling from somewhere in New York and I've already reported them to the Attorney General's office of the Fraud Protection Bureau and filed a complaint against them for a supposed debt that I took out and never paid back and have called harassed my parents BUT they won't call MY number personally? I've asked politely once already for the harassment to stop but still they persist.
