I'm getting calls from you and have NEVER done business with you. Go to hell.

I got the same call, I usually don't answer but I was distracted when they called so I picked it up. They asked for me by first name, I said yes.  I heard them typing that into a computer. I asked if it was a sales call and the man said, "no we are the company that sends you your checks" They said their company name was "deluxe" I asked what bank it was from and he said he didn't have any access that information and was just calling to thank me for my business. I'm not sure if they were really calling just to see if they had a correct phone number or was some kind of sales call.

I got a call from this number and was very firm and asked the guy if it was a sales call. I think he understood that I'm not a fool and won't buy anything from him, and will hang up if he says yes. He said that it was not a sales call, that he worked for Deluxe, a company that I purchased checks from recently, that he was just calling to say thank you for being a customer, and then hung up. I haven't ordered checks in about 2 years, so I don't think he was really from Deluxe.

Ordered checks from Deluxe last year.  This thread implies Deluxe is somehow involved in the telemarketing.  If true, I am gone from Deluxe effective immediately.  If anyone from Deluxe happens to read this comment, then understand this in no uncertain terms:  Some of us are small business owners who are trying to make a living in our offices.  We don't have time to answer your silly phone calls, especially when we answer and there is dead air.  

We are servicing our client base, which is the lifeblood of our business and the means with which we can afford to purchase goods and services from you.  Each time you interrupt our business with dead air phone calls, you take our time away from earning a living.  You are to stop it immediately, or I will simply leave Deluxe and never order anything from you again.  Unless of course you'd prefer that I hire telemarketers here in my company and begin calling you with dead air calls relentlessly, as you do.  

Telemarketing is a hideous and despicable practice.  If you are involved in it, then you are hideous and despicable as well.  Start learning that if people want you, they will call you.  And if they aren't calling you, then offer something better so that they will take the initiative to do it on their own.

Last year, I read an article online about a guy who hated telemarketing so much that, through public record research and generally accessible websites, he identified and located the corporate officers of companies that either telemarket or hire companies that do.  According to the article, suddenly the corporate officers began receiving telemarketing calls at their homes during dinner.

i just received a call from this number it started right off being unprofessional. first she was way to nice and way to personal. some people need a real job

I just received a call on my cell phone.  No voice mail, but good to know who they are.  I too ordered checks from them sometime last year.
I don't like that they take the liberty to call, especially when it is unsolicited.

If you ever ordered checks from your bank, this is how they got your info...shame on the banks for providing our information to these people

Received a call from this number, no voice mail message was left, only 4 seconds of dead air. I returned the call and it went direct to a voicemail saying "thanks for calling Deluxe website services, please leave your name and number so that one of our agents can call you back."

I do my own websites, hosting and design. Just marked this number in my phone as "blocked/reject".

Based on the information provided, I should not be getting these calls, as I opted out of any and all promotional notifications.  I am also on the national Do Not Call registry.

During sleeping time 8:14 AM, we recived a call from this number asking for my husband's by his  first name. They would not give their name or purpose of call, but stated they would call back. I googled their number to find that many calls had come after an order frome Deluxe Checks. This was the company that our bank just used for new checks.  We are on a "Do not call list" and I will report them.

I ordered new checks with them, though my bank.  I am informing the bank tomorrow for they have emailed and called me several times.  Once they even charged my account when I didn't ask them to.

They keep calling and leave no message.

Got several calls from "800 Service" over the last few weeks.  (7/30, 8/2, 8/6, 8/7, 8/10, 8/16)  Twice I waited until I got a human being and asked politely to be removed.  Every ohter call they never pick up on their end.  I should not have to pay my phone company ton block their numbers after I asked them not to call again.  Any suggestions on how I can force them to comply with my wish to not receive these calls?

They said hello twice in response to my saying it but nothing else.

Do not call me anymore.  I am on the NO CALL list.

I too received dozens of calls from 1-888-317-7258.

Sometimes the caller tries to sell something about webhosting; one time she identified herself as a representative of APlus.net which she certainly wasn't because I called them a few minutes later and they said this isn't one of their phone numbers.  

Like this morning, though, most of the time I just hear nothing or heavy breathing which is gross.

I called 701-797-2852 as listed above and spoke with "Stephanie" who assures me they are a call center for "Deluxe" etc... as other writers have said.

She said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to stop calling me which I think is bogus.  I have my phone number on the nationwide "do not call list" and they still think they have the right to harrass me.  From now on, I'm cussing out their callers to the high moon until they themselves put me on a "this woman is crazy, don't call her" list.

I guess the calls have started again...3 x in the last two weeks. It's really tough being a Deluxe customer. :L

Well...they have started in on me.....last week, I answered and told the "Deluxe" guy I was not interested. Yesterday they called twice, I did not pick up.  Will tell my bank, Chase, who gave me the checks that this is the bs  that  thier unfortunate clients have to deal with.....perhaps I will move my account business elsewhere.

Got a call two times in the last few days, didn't identify and left a blank message in voice mail...

This number is used by DELUXE Small Business Services for cold calling.  Got 3 calls over last 4 days

They call me every week, sometimes 3 to 4 times a week.  I have ordered checks from Deluxe as my bank only offered checks through them to start up my business account.  I did not authorize anyone to give my phone number out to harrass me about website services or any other services...I want this to stop!!!!!

THIS NUMBER CALLS A COUPLE TIMES A DAY AND HANGS UP AS SOON AS I ANSWER.

Hung up as soon as I picked up the phone, called back and the number was invalid. I have no Skype and know nobody with Skype.

Looks like a marketing call company based on the variety of messages already posted.  They called looking to sell some kind of web service.  

I answered and there was a delay before they came on the line - must have been a typical auto-dialer.

Never got the name of the company they were selling for.
