We are receiving faxes daily from this number.  I have asked on at least 3 occasions to have our number removed from their database.  I am still receiving faxes and have dialed the reservation line asking for a supervisor, but they refuse to put me through to a supervisor.

These scumbags are wasting my company's supplies by faxing spam. Here's how you can strike back. Call their toll free number repeatedly from a pay phone. This will cost them a payphone fee every time you call their number. Spread the word!!

Rigoberto Dan and me will find you lowlifes who keep trying to disrupt our business, but you will never find us.  We're in mexico where you can't get us.  Our pictures are on a billboard and we're larger than life, really.  Think twice before you keep messing with our call center operations.

Thank you and have a nice day.  Your calls will be redirected to the local police haha.

Don't call the removal # they will NEVER take you off their list, don't give them any financial or credit card info they will rip you off and steal your identity.  They are criminals, the fax itself is illegal.  Many of us program our fax machines to send their illegal fax back to them at the toll-free voice # they provide.  The high volume of calls forces them to change their # frequently, and increases the cost of their criminal enterprise.  They are stupid and will answer no matter how many times you fax machine calls!

Spam fax advertising bogus travel deals.  The removal number is 877-885-5682, but do not ever call the removal number.  They never abide by removal requests and you'll just end up getting more junk faxes.

I agree that this fax for the vacation is a total scam. It does give you a trip, but there are extra costs that they do not tell you about.  Or that you have to set through a halfday timeshare sell.  No luck when trying to call them back.  My next call is to my credit card company to cancel the transaction.

Well, you're a fool for giving your credit card number without receiving the proper level of customer service.  Maybe this will be a lesson of common sense to you, because as we know, common sense is NOT so common.  Wake up!

I have called the Police Department in charge of the Fern Park area as I believe this is where they are located.  The informed me to file a complaint with my local police department, which I will do today.  These companies keep on going because nobody takes the time to actually go to the police station to report these scams.  I on the other hand have no problem filing a complaint with copies of faxes, their emails, and (their so called) customer service #'s.  I did this on a scam for insurance companies for my 97 year old Gram.  Purchased insurance that was basically non-existant, yet they kept taking money directly out of her checking account every month.  After 2 months I went to the police.  Needless to say the are not running their scam anymore.

People need to fight back.  I feel bad for elderly people who would book a trip, get scammed then not even know how to go about rectifying the situation or fighting it.  Not everyone would think of calling their credit card company, because they state "non-refundable."  So they don't refund you, but then don't give you your trip you paid for either????  It has been over there 7-10 days to respond with my vacation confirmation and they did not.  I'm not wasting my time trying to call a number when nobody answers.  The only way to get a so called customer service person is to call the 1-888-318-0447 number and and totally ream them out, then they have someone call you back (sometimes) if they feel like it.  Usually when you tell them you are reporting them for their Scam they call you back trying to fill you with more BS.

Have been receiving "vacation" faxes on a regular basis for about a year now. The number to un-subscribe is useless.  Set our fax machine to fax to the Reservations number listed: 888-318-0447. Since there is no fax machine at their end ... my fax machine will just keep redialing. Maybe THAT will annoy the enough to stop sending faxes.

I also received a fax stating to call which we did along with friends from New Hampshire.  We all gave them our credit card, but you can not actually get anyone on the line from their customer service number.  You literally have to call the 888-318-0447 number again to complain after hours on hold for customer service that simply does not answer.  No way to start a vacation unless it is a Phantom vacation, which I believe this is.  A girl named Heather is very cunning in making you feel that this is legitimate.  She even gives an email of Christine.Heather034@Gmail.com but I have yet to get an actual response to her.  So I have called Chase Credit Card and they will simply dispute it.  From the investigation I have been doing on-line it appears as if they might be running this business out of Fern Park Florida, but when you ask where they are located they just say Florida, but will not say where?  They use the excuse that since they hold onto all of our credit card information they can not reveal their location.  The biggest bunch of crap I've ever heard.  I knew right then this was a scam.

I'm calling the police in Fern Park Florida to report this.

this # is listed on a scam fax that reads "Cancun or Mayan Riviera- All inclusive..." blah blah, etc etc. "One day sale only! Call Now!! 1888-318-0447"  blah blah blah.

I tried calling this # to ask how I can get off the mail list because calling the 877# listed to be removed from receiving the messages obviously does not work, but it just rang and rang.  No one answered.

And I cannot find out from what phone # it was faxed from. It doesn't show up as it's ringing and printing nor is it printed on the fax.
