This number has called my 11 yr old's cell phone several times. I called the 888-318-1952 to let them know they had the wrong number and to remove our number from their call list. He asked for the claim # or the name on the message. I told him that I deleted the message and only knew the first name, Nicole. He told me that without the claim number or the full name, he could not remove our phone number. I find that hard to believe.

This is a collections company who likes to use scare tactics. Is EXTREMLY unprofessionsal. REPORT to BBB if you are able to get their Company name. They wouldn't specify the company name for me only the company who gave them the information, and was very threating if you didn't pay over the phone. They do have your personal inforamtion.

i got the same call. they have old info and some correct info. i have contacted the FTC and they did verify this as a scam! she said they receive numerous call about these ppl everyday! beware!! do not give them any info and certainly DO NOT PAY!!

thank you for the link! i just reported this place to the FTC and they lady i spoke with told me they have received numerous complaints on this exact scam! she validated that they are indeed a scam and to not give them any info and to hang up on them if/when they make any further contact!

i just got a call, just now, from these SAME ppl saying the SAME thing! they had old info on my husband and i told them that  we never took a loan out with this "payday loan company" we dont owe anyone anything! they kept trying to make me pay them $780 to resolve the matter, but when I would ask for a number to this loan place they said they could not give it to me.  I knew something was not right with these ppl then I got on here to try and find the name or address of the company, and found this. why can't these ppl get a real job and stop scamming innocent ppl!!

and have a return number really.I pay my bills /i called them back asked what the company name was said they are just a locater firm looking for people who owe them...Really locater firm with no name

Called my old job stated they were trying to locate me saying i took out a loan 2 years ago almost 3.Never got a loan into my account.I tried to explain that my information was stolen over 10years ago
and i am still trying to recover all my stuff.I have had to close Bank accounts,move my mailing to a different address because of my info being stolen and these people refuse to listen to me....Please stop calling me,whn i dont owe any money..Please help me find these peolpe who keep messing with our credit and leave the working people alone..

These people are scammers.  They call my number leaving threatening messages for someone who NEVER lived here.  I gave up telling these people to p*** off.  My bills are paid, I never take out loans.  I would never take a loan out from a loan shark posing as a Pay Day / Title Loan company.

Ok this same company called me yesterday.  They have a guy by the name of Victor Wallac calling from 10000000000 number.  For me to call 8883181952.  It was a pay day loan that was closed due to dirty dealings.  There however is another PDL Ventures that had to change their name because their comapny and this old company was getting confused with each other.  After I called this 888 number and they said I owed 900.00, I asked to see a bill, they said I could see a bill when I paid in full.  I then called the PDL Ventures they said I had borrowed money but I paid in FULL back in 2010.  I then called FTC and spoke to a respresentative I palced a claim with their office she said this is common for PAY DAY loan SCAM.  If you get a call for 10000000000 they are using a prepaid card.  I called the 888 back and told them I spoke to PDL Ventures and they stated I had no open account and they were scammers. This Worldwide company is now calling themself and Arbitation company. Yea, right, same thing.  If they were an arbitation company they would not request funds.  And arbitation to to be a go betweeen for two parties.  My problem is this Victor wallace did a search for me and now he called my ex in laws, grandparents, old job ect.. I would love to learn how to take myself off any search engines for public knowledge. DO NOT PAY These PEOPLE

I have got several calls from these people- and now they are calling my family members. They are claiming that I am wanted for check fraud and that I have been "notified". I have called back several times and asked for verification of the "debt" they are claiming that I owe. They will NOT give me the address of their "office" or the name of "who" I owe money too. When I stated some rules that I know they are breaking with the FDCPA they stated that they are NOT a debt collector but rather an abitration firm.

Just because you don't want to take responsibility and pay your debts back doesn't make everything a scam. If you poeple spent as much time working towards paying your bills as you do trolling these blogs then you wouldn't even have to worry about phone calls. They called my parents house and my cellphone number. They were saying theor an Arbitration Firm or something lke that called 'WORLDWIDE'. It's a scam. They will have some of your information. BEWARE!. They will call employers and verify adressess.

Yeah got a threatening call from this number, called my parents house and saying that im in financial trouble and there's a legal claims againts me. He left a voicemail and said his name is VICTOR WALLACE. and left this 8883181952 number. Called number back and spoke to a guy name JIM, So they are saying that I took a loan 3 years ago and the lender is filing a claim. Its funny because they have all my old information. But I never took any loans. I asked 'JIM' the lenders name and contact info and of coarse he couldnt give me those info. coz he doesnt have it. -according to him. I just looked it up and it is a ON GOING SCAM... Beware guys because they will have your Info.
