Called again ugh.  This is retarded.. It can't be Bell.. yes we have bell express vu but everything's paid up [I've checked] and we have them taking the money out of our account automatically every month.

Just annoying that this idiots won't leave a damn message!

Nobody in my family will 1) answer the phone unless they know who it is and 2) will not return a call unless it's directed to them and they know who they are.

I won't call a strange number so they can put me on some list.  Too hell with that.

It's Bell Express View calling for account information/collection. My wife and I moved into a new home a y e a r ago, and my wife decided to switch from Rogers, to Bell Express View.

I was there the day the installer showed up to install the Bell Express View system. We have a new house, with an unfinished garage & basment. I specifically told the sales person who sold us the system, along with the computer internet, and phones, that I did NOT want the walls drilled to the outside, and did NOT want cable running all around the outside walls. The install was to be done through the garage, into the basement, and the cable run to the selected rooms (TV room & Two bedrooms)

I came back from the neighbours to find the installer drilling a hole, from the inside of the house, through the wall, to the outside. This required a hole in my wall to fit the chuck on the drill, then, drilling through the vapour barrier inside the wall, then, through the insulation, then through the plywood, then through the brick outside wall.

I freaked!!

I explained what I had wanted done and the 'kid' gave me nothing but back talk, and explained that this is how they do it. When I explaned that he had now compromised the integrity of my house and heating, and done hundreds of dollars of damage, he told to: "Chill"

I asked him to leave immediately, and cancelled the service before it was even running.

I had 30 days to cancel the Express View account, and it was done the day they showed up to instal it.

Bell Express View has been calling me ever since, for a year. We have been on line with them, we have been on the phone with them, and we have explained to then s e v e r a l times.

They still call.

I have zero idea who is calling my number.

Since my parents DO have debt but none of the compies are sending any written messages as my parents requested..

All these damn numbers will call and hang up literally ALL DAY LONG!  I'm at the point that I'm going to rip out all phonelines in the house and buy a cellphone.

It's a goddamn nightmare especially since I'm the one at home all day listening to this s**t while my parents are out working all day to get money to keep a roof over our heads.

I'm so glad this site was available.... they call for my husband all the time: I've told him to call them back to see what it was regarding and he wouldn't--so I did. When I explained that I was the 'wife' the stupid guy hung up on me and gave me no info. except that it was a "private matter"... wow, just what every wife wants to hear! What a bunch of sleezy a**holes!

They are still calling me, Panasonic loves co's like this because I bought a new phone that blocks their number. I don't bother wasting my time trying to argue with them anymore. Originally I told them, "Have you lawyers call me so we can set up a time that is mutually compatible to go to court, because I want to tell my side of the story to a judge, and a court reporter from the local newspaper." Instead they just pass the collection on to this collection agency that gets at least 50% if they can collect the bill.

What they did to me was cut off my service because I auto paid my bill via VISA. When VISA changed the expiry date due to their chipped cards, Bell could not auto bill my card anymore. So then they cut off my service before I got a letter telling me about the problem and that they were going to cut it off, added an 'administrative fee' to the bill, and a 'reconnect fee', and wanted 3 months worth of service. So impressed with their great consideration in all their attempts to contact me before they cut off the service, I told them to 'go pound sand'. Needless to say that I will never, ever, subscribe to Bell again, and there is no way in H*** that I will give them a penny because to do so would simply reward their arrogant bullying attitude toward subscribers. I sure hope they go bankrupt some day.

Exact same action here. I am in Bell dispute. I contacted them in an attempt to establish dialogue and be pro-active. Silly me. They called three days after I asked for a month to resolve dispute through Bell ombudsman.

Don't identify themselves which told me they were sleazy right off the bat. As I have a disputed bill with Bell ExpressVu I assume they are trying to collect, which I have absolutely no intention of ever paying. Now I will add that number to my call block list.

They call 10 times a day and leave messages to call them back, but never identify themselves, so after reading your comments I have no intent on calling them back, as I do not owe anyone money!

Debt Collector
Just ignore them, don't even pick up the phone. They have no life and they are retards who need to get real jobs. I wish I could meet these people face to face and just spit in their face. Some people are just so stupid and don't belong on this earth. Ignore them.
