I repeated get calls from this number and they won't give me their name or what it is about.  Very vague information.  Have asked them not to call back.  Very rude and won't give info. almost 70 years old and don't need harassment like this.

Called my job.......was extremly rude, offensive, and obnoxious.

This company might be a collection agency. I believe they do get the names out of the phone book as SamE has noted, we have the same situation where the initials are the same but we owe no money. It is a message usually but sometimes it is a person. We have told them they have the wrong number but it doesn't help. We may have to sue them so they will owe us money in the end.

I get calls from this number/company ALL the time. Whether they leave a message or I speak with them in person, they always ask for "Stephanie" because they have my phone listing which is published in the local directory with only initials. If they catch me in person I tell them over and over and over there is NO Stephanie and I do not know a Stephanie - to immediately REMOVE my number from their calling que or I will report them (which I do to both the state and national Do Not Call lists). I refuse to call them back when they leave a message on my machine because they probably have some way of claiming that I voluntarily provided my phone number in order to prevent them from being pursued by the Do Not Call police. Doesn't do any good, they'll have another employee/person call me from a variation of their 888#. It's so frustrating that I end up screaming at the top of my lungs and calling the person all sorts of names, which makes me even more frustrated/mad. When you ask what the name of the company is or get it in a message, you'll notice they say it so fast that you almost can't detect. I've heard Stella Corp and Estalla so who really knows.
