This is fraud. The also send this bogus letter with Jeremy Whitlock as the Compliance Manager. I fell for it until I called the Payday Loan company and they didn't know who this company was. I also called the real ACS company in New York and one of the managers told be that they have been trying to sue these guys for using their names. I immediately canceled my card that I was going to pay them with and reported the first transaction as a fradulent transaction. Mr. Dobie called today and I told him what the Payday company told me and the real manager from ACS and that I closed my account where the payments were going to them were going to come from. He said that he'll see me in court. I said that was fine because I would have all the information about this scam and present it to the judge. He got angry and hung up. Don't fall for the lie because this is crap.

I have received them also it is most likely about a old payday loan you owe if you ever have borrowed one. Mine was about a old payday loan from 2010. They are a company called ACS. And their supposedly process servers. However they are rude and conduct business poorly.
