We so rude and unprofessional

This number belongs to Michael West. He is a Debt Collector but he does not follow the rules.  If he harasses you, you can probably sue the pants off of him.  Here are the rules he has to follow, but 99% of the time he doesn't.

Despite my voice mail saying my name was Alex and clearly showing I was a male, the caller throughout I was a woman named Miranda and said that if I did not hang up (impossible, since it was a messaging system) I acknowledged that I was Miranda. Obvious scam and not a very good/smart one.
