they continuously call my cell and my work. Won't send any proof of debt in writing via email or us mail. Changes his name everytime he calls. Told my employer it was to verify my personal information for an application that I submitted in order to actually get my information. These people should be jailed, and stop causing hell and havoc for people who are trying to work. A real debt collector has procedures to follow under the law. These people wouldn't provide a fax number so that I could send them a notice to cease communication. THEY, "Mr. Brown" Mr. Wood, whoever the hell you are you need to check yourself. Karma is inevitable!!!!!!!

i used them once. paid them off. now, about a year or so later, they are now calling me incessantly, at work and on my cellphone concurrently and simultaneously. i closed the other bank account about 7 months ago, so now i'm trying to get copies of my electronic statements. i really want to go green, but idiots like this are forcing me to go back to my old school ways...writing checks and getting paper statements...here i come.
at any rate, they will just keep harassing you, but don't pay them. ask for written proof and then go from there. they are rude and push your buttons.

How do I get these people to stop calling my cellphone and calling me at work. They have been calling for months. I did not open a account with them. They are hateful, rude and demanding. I have to just hang up on them.

They called me too. I had to change my account and everything cause they got into it. The day after I closed my account and opened a new one they tried taking $75 from my closed account.

I too am getting phone calls from an Ace Cash and I never requested a loan and now they are harrassing me at home and at work!!!! I'm going to take your suggestion!!!

this # belong's to Ace Cash Services who opened an account for me without my knowledge wrote up a false application that I supposely did on Oct 8 2009 never did all at once money was being taken out of my bank account and I had no knowledge of why when finally getting ther # from my bank calling them was horrible the person that answers the line is always the same but changes her name each time watch your accounts mine had to be closed now these scum buckets are calling my job PLEASE call the FTC and Attorney General and report them ---the laws mean nothing to them
