ace cash express....collecting on a 2009 $200 loan.  not sure what happened to cause me to go delinquent, not even sure that i did go delinquent.  she said that it is an online loan, but there are ace cash expresses on every corner...not sure that i would have done it on line, but even if so, i agreed to take care of it by going into the store front and making the payment.  she told me that if i didn't give my credit card information that it would be marked as a refusal to pay.  i reminded her that the call was recorded (she paused) and told her that she was lying because i clearly stated that i would take care of it by going into the store and repaying the loan.  i learned a lesson in giving out my banking information.  these loan companies will hit your account numerous times with the money there or not, the bank will continue to charge you fees and the moment that they see it's a payday loan....they say that there's nothing they can do to block the attempts.  so, hell no.  i'm not giving you my credit card information.  if you want your money, you will accept it at the freakin' store.  if not, oh freakin' well.  if you ever need money, see if you can borrow it because these freakin' companies will rape you with NO VASELINE.

They called me, but there was no answer on the line, just a loud breathing type noise

same thing they call day and night no person on the phone they just call to see if you answer

they  said  they were  call  a  payday loan  i had over two years  ago  and   i  call this number  back and   they call me by name than asked me to verify my last 4 ssn  and i said why should  i do that  if you call me by my name  that  does not make any scent to  me

Call was from 888-322-1876. Answered phone but no one was on the line.  I could  hear a loud breathing noise but no one answered.

Just got a call from 888-322-1876. About and hour ago I got a call from 800-318-8323.   When ever I answer the call from these #'s there is no answer on the line .  They call repeatedly and never leave a message.  Why would they keep doing this?  I never took out any loans from them and I do not owe them any money.

These calls are always ring and ring until you answer, then there is never anyone there.  What can I do to get this insanity stopped?

I recvd several calls on my job from this phone number.  They refuse to give any information and I asked them several times do not call me at work.  I really would appreciate if something can be done. They call everyday, all day long.
