I keep receiving emails from Emma Miller from starcashllc. Trying to get me to pay thru paypal.  Refuses to give me an account number, date of transaction or a call back number.   4 emails a day. Then keeps askin are you gonna pay?  I said see ya in court

I received an email saying they were going to Sue me but u never heard of nor I have never received any loans from anyone........ what is this and what I should do?

Star Cash Processing is located at the same address as United Cash Loans, AmeriLoan, Ace Cash Services and US Fast Cash. A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe. During its investigation of these companies, BBB employees visited the location as well as sent a certified letter to the Chief of the Tribe asking for further information regarding these companies. Employees of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe neither confirmed nor denied knowledge of the loan companies, and informed BBB staff that they would have to speak to the Miami Nation Indian Tribe's Leadership concerning the matter. BBB has not received a response from the Chief concerning this matter. At the present time, BBB does not know if these companies are operated by the Tribe, by employees or other people using the Tribe's addresses, or is a joint venture between the Tribe and a for-profit company.

The complaints against this company and others located at the same address generally allege the inability to pay off the requested loan, charges to the consumer's checking or credit card account despite never receiving the requested loan, or continued unauthorized charges to the consumer's credit card or checking account once the loan has been paid off.

BBB has determined that this company is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma to provide loans to consumers and does not appear to be licensed in any of the states from which consumers have filed complaints with BBB. However, if the Miami Indian Tribe actually operates this business, it may not be subject to state laws regulating this industry.

BBB Investigation shows that this payday loan company is owned by the aforementioned Tribe. However, the loans are processed by AMG Services in Overland Park, Kansas. By entering into an agreement with the Tribe, AMG Services is able to process the loans outside the bounds of the state laws of Oklahoma. This means that if you obtain a loan from the company, it is not subject to interest rate/fee restrictions as required by the state laws of Oklahoma.

BBB encourages all consumers seeking loans of any kind to research all of their options before providing any private financial information or signing any loan papers. Consumers should check with BBB on the company's grade, their complaint volume, and whether or not the company is licensed or regulated to provide the type of loan services the customer is seeking.

If you used these loans in a responsible manner you would not have these problems. Your chapter 13 is being filed because your not responsible and don't pay your bills.

They keep calling to see if I'm interested in getting o loan. I tell them I haven't or don't want one. I just tell them I'm not interested and hang up. They've threatened me with the County Attorney has a warrant for my arrest and the police will be knocking at my door anytime to take me to jail. Like I tell them if and when I talk to them it's a bunch of BS.

CAN THEY REPORT U TO COLLECTIONS OR TAKE U TO COURT FOR NON PAYMENT?

I had trouble about 3 years ago with this place.. Now all of a sudden they start taking 90 bucks out of my account.. I never applied for a payday loan so now I keep having my Credit Union return it cause it is taken out via ACH withdrawl which I never authorized.. I keep calling and calling and they keep taking it out.. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me and caused my account to be over drawn.. It pizzes me off cuz of it.. I actually looked back and they have been doing it since Dec of 2012.. I stated I never even did this.. But, some how money was put into my account and I never noticed it.. I think this is just a way for them to make money and get ppl in trouble in the process.. Well, not me anymore.. Im and done. I am filing a big time complaint..

Just hang up on them, that is star cash trying to scare you and collect more money, file a complaint with your state attorney general office and the BBB, these people use various websites to offer payday loans.  My attorney has sent them a letter and they still continue to call me at my place of employment 2 times per day telling me my balance and how would I like to pay them, do not give them your bank account numbers and if they are still taking money from you close out your accounts and open a new one.  They will be included in my bankruptcy case and also I plan to file a lawsuit against them for the harrassment.

Star Cash Processing says I got a loan.  I talked to them on 03/31/2012 and asked for physical address, email, and a fax.  Was told I did not need it. I also asked for proof of this loan and was told that I made a loan thru them.  I don't remeber getting the loan.  I have also asked them to stop calling me at work.  He said until I give them my bank account information to start paying them back they will keep calling me at my job.  Now my employement is in jepordary.  What can I do?  I have already talked to an attorney and he said that the FTC act does not apply here because they are physically calling me.  Hope someone can help me......

I did apply with them and sign paper work online. i paid the 300 back and the finance charge. But their still taking out 90 dollars for the service charge which is another 300 dollars. What is that all about? And what do i do?

Its amazing, I used them one time and ithas been several months since I used them again, and now theya re calling me telling me I eliglibe for a loan, I decided to test it, I was denied, I email them informing them of the situation  and informed them to remove my name and info from their call sheets.  not such luck they are still calling... I informed them it was no need

Don't get scammed by illegal payday loan lenders, especially if they cannot even speak English.  Check with your state's banking authority and if you find the lender is not registered in your state, the company is likely not legitimate or can not enforce the loan in your state.  Ignore harassing telephone calls and tell them to put it in writing.  If they are not sending you anything by mail OR unwilling to give you their mailing address, don't waste any of your time with the company.  THEY ARE A COPY CAT SCAMMER.  Pass this on, its time we fight back against all those scammers out there.  Thanks!

im on the same boat with you they did the same in my account lets find a way how can we catch all those people . they just did it to me a few weeks ago they couldnt get any money in my account and im overdrawn overdraft my account was closed  im just worried they might sue me because theyre sending me emails and calls they even leave their number to call them back

They are scammers, they refuse to give names and numbers wont let you talk to a supervisor, try to intimidate the person, FILE complaints, learn your states law. They can not push you around, fight back and do not pay them before you talk to someone.

I just had a wedding 2 weeks ago and attempted to close my bank account before my wedding because BOFA totally sucks all of you dont know what this is its bank of america. before I closed my account I was supposed to have money deposited in my account by my family so when my balance went up I used it assuming that my family put my money but no STAR CASH PROCESSING put 300 dollars in my account without concent I recieved an email stating it was in there 3 days later that i never signed for when I emailed them back I never got a response tried to call them but no answer then wrong number when I first went to their website it was non exsistant the only payday loan i have ever done was checkmate and they are a legit place and then a week later i get scam calls and more payday people throwing money in my account which i never applied for. Heres to show you people can get your information just by you buying things online be careful and watch your bank accounts close my suggestion go with a credit union they dont allow this stupid stuff to happen.

Only a court can order a wage garnishment.  Other than that then that the company can not do anythingt w/o it being court ordered.

They are calling me at work and harrassing me as well. Ridiculous! I am suing them for the harrassment. I gave them my cell number and they never called that or left a message....just at work. There has to be a way of getting these people to stop! BS!

Go online to the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint.
Get the complaint confirmation number and then call them back and let them know that you are aware it is a fraud and that you have filed complaint #______with the federal trade commission and that they are to cease and desist.  

I received 78 calls in 2 hours and I called the FTC.  She told me it was a scam.  I called them back but blocked my number and let them know they had to cease immediately or they would be in trouble with the FTC and US Government and they told me they would remove my number and I have not been called since.

I have been getting harrassing phone calls from this number saying that I owe money from a payday loan I never did and have four criminal offences they are from washington and california there numbers  come up on my phone as 000 or +052695757 they have very heavy accents.

I received a call today at work from (760) 652-1199 from a threatening Darin Johnson; very heavy India accent that was extremely hard to understand.  He was rude, laud and tried to sound very intimidating on the phone.  He called my home and left just as an intimadating message.  I have no idea why he is calling.
