I got a call today, no message..I called the number back only to get a very fast busy tone. Sons a b*#-+es.

Thank you for all this info.  It's very helpful and has saved me quite a bit of time in research to figure out how to remove us from these various callers' lists.

Anymore, I just look to see who's calling and if I don't recognize it, I press off.  The caller is still trying, but I don't have to listen to it ring.  After a few times, they finally quit calling.  I still get calls, but very few now.  I can also block 12 numbers at a time.  After they change their number, I delete the top one that doesn't call anymore and add the new one.  I gave up talking to them a long time ago.

Do not call me this is a business phone

Have received three calls from this number.  The phone companies provide these scammers and marketeers the robo call technology and they should be held accountable for aiding and abetting these frauds.  The DCNR is worthless because of the holes in the law to allow this to continue on. This is the fourth posting I've done today.  These calls are coming in in droves now.

We're already on Do Not Call list. Reported them.

Number keeps calling and hanging up. No person, no recording. Tired of multiple calls a day.

Did not answer.  A few minutes later, a call came from a different number about Card Services.  Are they connected?

Called with pre-recorded message says I'd won a Royal Caribbean cruise vacation. Message said the company was Paradise Dreams.

Also getting these calls. Glad to see there are some of you taking action on them. Now that I know what to do, I will also get on the band wagon. Maybe we can at least make their life miserable !!!

I keep getting calls from this number and do not want them to call anymore.I am on the do not call registry.

Ha ha, that's a grand idea. I'll have to try something like that.

This number calls my house at odd hours, and hangs up. When I try to call it back it has some weird woman's voice that is automated saying that I miss-dialed the number, which I obviously didn't.

On these types of calls, I answer, "Police Department" and let them know (if a live person is at the other end) that it is the "Frauds Division".  They offer to take the number off their calling list.

Partial message received from this number -- looks like the first part was cut off but the second part mentioned receiving a free cruise and asking me to press 1 to take it or 9 to opt out.

Called - left no message

I have had these unwanted calls for years!  I have call blocking and forwarding on my landline. Not only do I block them, I use the numbers to enter into forwarding from my number to another unwanted number.  So far, they end up calling each other.  If they change their number, I just add and delete accordingly.

We have not answered these calls; howerver, they have left a partial message - "To opt out press 9". Yes, it is very annoying and should not be allowed as we are on the 'do not call' registry. The latest call said "Toll Free" with the same familiar number.

As soon as my answering machine picks up the message starts so I only hear "to take advantage of this offer press the 1 now, that's the 1 key now or press 9 to be removed from this list".  When I try calling the number back I reach  .ws domain and the message says they are currently performing system maintenance and it refers me to their website.  Appears it doesn't do any good to be on the Do Not Call registry - these people don't give up!

This number showed up on my caller ID - I was at work at the time and unable to answer.  Of course, no voice mail.

Based on some of the comments, these "people" sound like phone phishers - similar to the scumbags that send bogus email trying to lure victims into clicking on the link and providing log-in and other personal information.  Those that do will most likely get their bank account cleaned out.  

What makes it worse is that Norwegian and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines probably have nothing to do with these callers.  No legitimate business would call out of the blue and ask for your credit card information.  That being said, I wonder if another course of action might be to contact the Cruise Line and submit a complaint with them?  Those business want to know when this crap is going on, as it reflects on them - maybe they might be able to pour some resources into finding these creeps (if that's possible) to protect their reputations, if nothing else.  

Just a thought.

I just got a call from an Unknown name this afternoon. The number was 1-888-324-8686. I foolishly answered the call.

These people are very rude!!  They tell you you have won a cruise.  When you ask to be put on their DNC list they hang up without confirming.  Giving the Royal Carribian cruise line a very bad name.

Just got another call from this number but did not answer. This is the 4th posting I've done this morning  and 2nd call from this number with calls like this.  It's not worth my time to answer unidentifiable 1-800 calls.  The phone companies should be fined just like these bogus companies for providing rotating numbers. I appreciate the above posting from Utah Cellular Phone but want to enjoy some of my day vs filing complaints to a useless DNCR. Do not answer these calls or try to call them back.  Maybe, they forward our return call numbers to other marketeering scams. Just like mail marketeering that share, rent and sell our mail info.  Apparently, this practice is big money.

Just got a call about an hour ago and did not answer. No message left. Must not be important.
