i just had them call me i was busy doing house work but i ended up setting up my personal audio recording soft wear and have these retards harassing me not answering how they got my personal cell phone number and thiss moron constantly trying to get around the main question i kept asking of how he got an unlisted phone number there is fowel play going on here and this is a company that is harrassing people they are not a collections agency they are people who are harrassing the public and being paid for it i will be posting this recorded call on ym youtube channel so if any one is interested to hear it and see just how dissrespectfull and moronic these people are the channel  goes by AceDracule i will make sure i have it up by the end of the night for you all

They kept calling me so I answered them so they could humor me. They kept calling me from 1 416 482 7690. They are refering to a Bell account that I had disconnected and made the pay off because the payments weren't going through, because they gave us the wrong account details.

So I agreed to pay it, mainly because I just want the calls to stop. She gave me her personal line and her extension.

1 800 326 1011, ext 63056. Her name is laetisha. Time to start treating them like they treat us.

6 weeks all days 3times !!!

Collection agency, calling for my son, who is deployed.  he cancelled the account and paid it in full before he left the country, I know this because he did it at the damn Bell store and I was with him.

This number is now colling every 10 minutes. I suspect from what others here are saying is that they are dealing with Virgin mobile for a payment I proved to them I paid back in November. I sent a fax proof and a letter. Left a message and am still being bugged. Very persistant and pernicious.

This number calls my house none stop. I'm a single mother and they start calling early in the morning waking up my kids and myself. I get about 15 calls a day from them if I don't answer. And when I do answer the lady is rude as hell! I'd like to meet her not over the phone!!!

I am up to 15 calls a day now it started with about 2 a day a month ago and now it doesn't stop and same as most ppl on here when i try to connect i get hung up on everytime so now i just hit the ignore button and dont even let it ring as the number 1-888-311-1121 hasnt worked for me i demanded to be taken off and they said and I quote "Pay your outstanding bills now or we will continue to call as many times as we want" I explained i do not owe any money and I can prove it they said "Well your name just doesnt pop out of nowhere so just pay your bills" then they hung up on me so i think its time to change my number

What if you DID pay your bill but Bell Canada says you didn't? What if you emailed, faxed and mailed photo copies of the cashed checks proving Bell Canada took your money as payment but didn't apply it to your account and now these A**les start calling and won't stop?? Then what ??? What if you've been fighting with Bell Canada and all the Bell Canada idiots whom, no matter what I do say "we don't have a record of that" or "we can't read your fax/email"... fawking idiots!!!

Weird that they should be calling me... I haven't dealt with Bell in over 11 years. The last contact I had with them was over a modem that had been returned that they kept trying to take money out of my account for. The last time they did that was the day my son was born, he's almost 12 now. After repeatedly sending them copies of the receipt showing the modem had been given to the post office in the supplied packaging, they stopped bothering me and stopped hitting my bank account for my money.

I have been getting calls from this number incessantly.  It is very annoying when you get calls at 7:30 a.m. and noone is there it is an automated call. How do we get rid of this.

its really annoying.they keep calling and calling even at work with answer.

This company has called my house everyday a min. of 10 times a day. It is not unheard of for them to call more then 25 times a day. This has been going on for the last few months. My husband and I have answered the phone a few times and asked these people not to call here anymore, as they have the wrong number for the person in which they are trying to contact. This does not stop the calls. Countless times they have filled my voice mail box with silent messages. They have refused to tell me which company they work for and have actually hung up on my husband and myself when we do ask.

I HAVE TALKED TO THESE PEOPLE ALREADY AND HAVE GIVEN MY STATUS AND WHAT I AM DOING TO ALLEVIATE THE SITUATION. THE NEXT DAY AND EVERY DAY SINCE THAT HAVE CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES FROM EARLY MORNING INTO THE NIGHT.

THIS IS HARASSMENT AND REQUEST THEY STOP NOW.

These douches call my phone every day, 8 or more times a day, from 2 different phone numbers.  We just got this new phone number a few months back, and I'm thinking of cancelling it because they wont stop calling! Sometimes they just hang up when I answer, and other times they ask for some person I've never heard of.  When I tell them I dont know the person they are asking for, they respond with things such as "Well this is the number he gave,  Why do you suppose he'd do that?" and "Right, I'm sure you don't know him" and then hang up on me.  I've called the number back and asked the female that that answered to correct their records. She indicated that she did and that the calls would stop within 48hrs, but they havent.

I am getting calls from this number every ten minutes and they start at 7:30 am then go straight like that for almost three hours now. I did the same thing I tried answering it and sat on hold for almost 15 min. Needless to say I am pissed and I believe there might be a number for harrassment from collection agencies if anyone knows that number could you please pass it on to me it would be greatly appreciated. Now that I know it is the Bell number then I am going to be giving them a piece of my mind. Thanks for the help   :-)

They call my house every 20 mins starting at 8am till around 5pm, its so annoying other people cant call through because of them

Hi!  Just wanted to let you know I was getting calls from this number to my cell.  I don't have a single outstanding debt so I called them and they said their records showed a "Salomon" at this number.  My name is most definitely not "Salomon"!  It's most likely someone who gave a false number (probably committing fraud) and now they're trying to collect from him.

So if my payment is one day late,  or for some unknown reason i get my bill in the mail one day after it  is due you cut people or business off .  And the next day you get a call from collections people.  So you call Bell accounts and make arrangements pay to the bill and and for months later you still get calls from the collections people.  And they try and charge you interest hahaha my company had this problem with both   bell and rogers We will never deal either of them directly again.  I sell phone systems, networks and try and sell as much viop line to my customers as I can so bell just did not loss my business but may more lines to or internet companies in all I bet they have lost 5 to 6 thousand bucks a month because of me not alot put I am doing my part to pay back.

I constantly get calls from CBV collections, every day, multiple times a day - I thought it had something to do with Bell Canada.  When CBV  calls, they ask you to confirm your name and other info (address, birthday, etc.).  I tell them that I don't provide that information over the phone as there are a lot of identity theft issues out there and I don't know who CBV is and what they're calling about.  They respond with "I can't continue this conversation" or they hang up.  

When I called Bell, they said that 1-888-326-1011 is not connected to them.  The Bell rep said to keep doing what I'm doing (not to provide any of that info - birth date, address).

However, when I mentioned to her that the last Bell representative I spoke to said that phone number was connected to their collection agency, the rep said she'd check.  I got transferred to someone else who said that the calls would stop after a month of clearing off the balance.  I told the latest Bell rep that person I cleared my balance with said that the calls would stop immediately as my balance has been cleared.  This latest Bell rep said "Oh, well, you should stop receiving calls after a month."

So, if call Bell Canada, depending on whom you ask, they may say:
1-888-326-1011 is connected to them OR
1-888-326-1011 is NOT connected to them
The calls from 1-888-326-1011 will stop immediately after you clear your balance OR
The calls from 1-888-326-1011 will stop a month after you clear your balance

The bottom line is, if you can, avoid dealing with Bell Canada at all.  The are incompetent on pretty much every level.  The term "Bell Hell" is so appropriate, it's not even funny.

I have a Panasonic phone that have a blocking feature can block all these numbers with 1 half a a ring. peace.

I get this number all the time. 1-888 and 1-416 they both call me from 8am till 9pm almost everyday, My phone doesnt stop ringing and its SO Annoying.

These goons called me again even though I told them they had the wrong number.  Don't these idiots believe me?

These idiots phoned me on my new unlisted number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message  I have no debts.  I got another call for Stephanie something from CRA.  I guess Stephanie had the number before me but it must have been out of service for a while.  How do I get rid of these goons?  A few years ago my son had a number that was previously held by someone named Tracey with a debt problem and he got continuous calls from a collection agency.  Then he got married and then he and his wife bought a house and then the calls for Tracey started up again.

They have been calling me 3 or more times a day for 2 weeks looking for someone I do not know. I called back and was speaking with a representative who was very rude and told me she wouldn't remove my number!! I called back and spoke with a supervisor who was also unprofessional, but said she removed my number!! Urghh!

OK.  I called the number 888 311 1121 and after going through the menu options I got an individual who wasn't rude.  He said the name of the person they keep calling for is attached to a couple of phone numbers and he would remove my number from their list.

Hopefully this will work.
