Received numerous calls from these foreign people.  Always try to intimadate, using official sounding titles and English type names for example have never heard of a Arabic name being translated to "Tony Burk" these people are scammers. Refuse to tell uo who they represent.  What is so scary is that they have personal information like the last four of your ssn, address etc......I want buy anything online again!!!!!!

He called me and told me he was Office Anthony Berry.  Was a foriegner and was very demanding.  Told me that he was with the Bureau of Crimnal Investigation, and that there was a case tied to my social security number

I received a phone call from them today as well.  They have all of my personal information.  The number they called me from was 888-326-2398 from an man by the name of Office Anthony Barry.  Was this the same number they called you from?

After I called FTC, and local police department, I call US Loans, The Ben Johnson answered. I told him I filed complaint to quit calling me and my employer. He was silent and hung up on me. It is against the law to threaten arrest orany of the things these people are doing. Its a scam!

I have received so many calls from this number, a Ben Johnson, with heavy accent. Talked to them once and they wouldnt give info, just threatening. Called my work said I was a cheat, law breaker and I was going to be arrested at work, said I owed 10,000 dollars. I have never done business with UU loans. This lsat message said they would make sure I got fired. Going to call FBI, this has been going on for a week. Do they ever quit?

He says hes Mark Anderson has called my job at least 50 times and cell cant even say I told him today that I reported the number and he better stop had to talk over him was So very nasty then he just hung up!! DIRT BAG!!!

I received a phone call from a foreign gentleman.He told me he was from the FBI and was investigating my info. Did not state why however he called back numerous times.Then he asked to speak to my supervisor. He would not let me know the purpose of the call. Later on I called back and spoke to him however he would not give me the companies name. Eventually I decided to look up the phone number. It still did not let me see company name. I called later and asked politely for the name of the company and was told it was the legal department for united cash. A company I never even heard of.

Some foreign dude calls me stating that he has my checking account number that he tried to withdraw money from my account and it wouldn't go thru and now his attorney is going to serve me papers and all that crap. I do have a payday loan but not thru them and there is money so i don't know what his freakin' deal is. why do they always get people you can't freakin understand to call and bug the crap out of you.

received a call from the numer tonite saying the same thing that would be arrested tomorrow morning for a pay day loan that i never had i reported them to the federal bureau of investigations.

This was left on my cell phone, "This message is intended for our you willing very hey wayne hi@#$% when you receive this message I need your you are garnishment on the 11 o'clock we're done the go I'll be going to if you had and it's actually a dime trying to do now my name is also to mark edition and the number to reach me directly at 1888-326-2398 I had it again is 1-888-326-2398 yeah didn't don't oxide disretgard the stuff that you had it in the call as soon as possible now hey ben if your doctor to the god all right talk to you...from you I need 10 dollar thing that I can do for you he's the the saw the font provided 44 that is I want to call and see...city if you wanna add an solve this matter I did problem anna so call me back audit today on my number hello then that maybe civil dot and goodbye." Do believe that this person speaks with a very heavy accent and claims to be a lawyer. When I do pick up the phone the background is way too noise, also states that it has to do with some social security issues which I know I can't touch anyhow.

I have no plans on calling this number back and they can call as much as they want, cause I am not going to answer. This is a scam.

This number 1-888-326-2398 keeps calling for my Husband saying he is going to be arrested if he doesn't give him hes banking number so be carefull he said his name is Brad Nelson

This guy from 1-888-326-2398 called my work place and asks for ex employees by 1st and last name.  When asked what this is in regads to Socer says he is calling from Florida from the legal department of BCI.  when tod that this person no longer works for us, he insists that I conact the employee and have them call the #1800 provided right away!  Wish he would stop calling

This Indian dude called me saying I needed to come up with 711 dollars or I would be sent to jail from 5 to 10 years. He also called my job. The number that called me was 1888-326-3482 and the other number is 1888-326-2398 he said his name was Raymond Scott. Be aware people.

This party is threatinig me! That I should have my attorney contact them etc. etc.

A man called my house and work number asking me to resolve a matter that I don't know of and if I don't give him a sum of 750 he will bring action against me in court of PA.

I just received a call from a different number (843-159-2266) on the caller id but this 888 number is the number he left on my voicemail to call him back at. He had a thick accent so it was hard to understand him. After leaving a message on my cell phone he then called my work phone (I am in the military) and kept calling back over and over to my work asking my coworkers questions and stuff. In the voicemail on my phone he said I needed to call him or my lawyer needed to call him to settle a law suit that was filed against my name and social security number for an unpaid loan. Luckily I knew this was a scam because last week I had the same thing happen from a phone number in Cali and found out that was a scam. There has to be some way to get this to stop. I am going to have to change my phone number! I also reported them and the phone number from last week to the FTC. Everyone should report these calls at www.ftc.gov!!!

Request your boss to block that number. If the nutcase calls you with other numbers, block them all.

That is the same person calling me and Ive never broken the law in my life. This is scarey  and the fact they call my job is embarassing. This is just stressing me out. HELP, if anyone finds anything that proves this is a scam.

They called myy cell phone and my job. They told the secretary that they are with CBI and that a case is being brought against me. The gentleman caller says he is an officer.

This number has continuously called my work number harassing the secretary who answers the phone. Plus calls my emergency cell phone at all hours of the day and night.

I received a call asking me if the Sheriff Department has gotten a hold of me that I was going to be arrested and that I had to call them back by 6 pm that the fines would be up to 10 thousand and that I would get 2 years jail if I didn't call back by 6. I'm not calling.  Who are these people very rude and nasty and you can't understand them.

Who the f*** is this Indian harassing me saying I'm going to be guilty of some s***... First of all they can not legally threat you!! So I'm thinking it's some kind of scam. They can mail me something not just call they are not legit

they call me all the time, im glad im not the only one getting these stupid calls....they need to stop...i might change my number now....

They keep calling me they have my full social and my bank account number saying they have 3 counts against me for bank fraud and a couple other over a cash advance i never took, i told them that and they got nasty with me saying if i didn't comply with them i would be arrested, i hung up. This isn't the first time they have contacted me. Now that i know i am not the only one they have been harrasing.
