Also got multiple calls from a BLOCKED number telling me it was Sarah and that she was going to serve me w/ papers to appear in court. No company was stated and all that was given was this 888 number and a claim number to call in response to. She also left my address and personal info on my voicemail which I'm pretty sure is illegal. She said that she'll be serving me today so I'll repost if that in fact happens, but I agree w/ CT that you don't get a heads up if you're going to be served. Haven't you seem Pineapple Express? Lol! On a serious note... Does anyone know of anyway to stop these harassing phone calls from scammers?

I called this number back and they claim they do not make outbound calls. If I received a call it would be from my county. Funny...they do not have anything for me or the person's name on the voicemail. Nothing in the court records and the sheriff doesn't call first. Get a real job.

Got a call on my phone for ex-husband yesterday and today. She gives out full information on him in voicemail, including previous address and threats to sue. All of which is illegal to begin with, as they are not speaking to him, his name isn't even on my voicemail. Who are these people??? I checked with the court, there is no pending litagation for him.

A lady by the name of Sarah Nora called saying that she had received my name and social security number with a claim number.  She said that if I didn't call by February 21st that she would service me at work.

Another scam, saying they will be at your house to serve you court papers unless you call the 1-888-326-4615.  Let me be VERY clear, if someone is going to serve you....they DO NOT give you a HEADS UP.  This is an attempt to use threatening measures to get you to give them banking and credit card info with out going through LEGAL collection process.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.  I told them I would be home and they were welcome to come by, I would be waiting....that was 3 weeks ago.
