I just got the same call. . I didn't answer..who knows??? I pay my CC every month on time and in its entirety.

This number appeared on a fradulant charge to my credit card.  The company name was Image Company.

$9.75 on my Credit card.  Called bank and they said fill out hours worth of paperwork if you want your $9.75 back.  Ordered a new CC and taking this one up the.........

I got a charge for $9.70 on my ATM card from Image Company NJ 90 Washington with this phone number listed.  I did not buy anything from them and plan to contact my bank and tell them so.

I constantly get calls from these Dell people starting and 8:00 a.m. and even when you have already made payment arrangements they still continue to call. It's always somebody that sounds like they are from New Dehli (a guy Ralph, yeah right) and it really annoys me that it's hard to understand their broken English!!! If I ever hit the lotto these are the first people I am paying off and I am NEVER buying another Dell product again!!!

888-329-3564 Image Co. NJ  came up on my bank statement as a charge for $9.75.  They took it from my debit card so the bank refuses to reimburse me.  I have never even talked to these people.  At least 30 other people have been ripped off by these people as well. When we try to call them all we get is a voice mail system that is always full.  I had to cancel my card and get a new number issued!

@CMars: Just noticed the exact same thing on my account today, fraudulent charge with this number from IMAGE COMPANY for $9.65.

Strangely enough, I received some imaging software last week sent to me, with the correct address, zip code, and state, but wrong city.

Mr Hill is getting annoyed with us because we don't call him back about an "important pending business decision against you" well we are annoyed with Mr Hill calling about some imaginary debt we owe Sears! We don't owe Sears we don't even have a Sears card!

These persons actually faxed a letter to my landlord asking him for proof of residence, and how I paid my rent. Since it says Law office on it, he thought it was a lawyer contacting me about some serious issue. How on earth did they get his name and his fax number!

They've called three times in two days already, at any and all random times, and have never left a message. I would like them to stop calling.

A recording came on stating, "Please call us regarding a very important business matter." If they can't pay a live person to call me, I'm not responding to the call.

this number is my house and someone keeps calling for my girlfriend who doesnt live here. second, they dont leave a message telling me who they are, im not going to give a message if i dont know who you are and she is certainly not calling back if she doesnt know who you are. most important,she does not live here anymore!!!

I get the same message from that #. and the number to call back to is 1. When I called back (2 min later) I got a message saying they were closed. I also get the same message from a number in New York (646) area code.

Just received a call from Tracy Allen saying it is a civil matter which has criminal consequences and papers could be filed if I don't call.

I've gotten 20 calls in one day from this number. The call shows up as an unknown caller. There is always a different person that calls, wanting me to pay the total of a debt I can not afford to pay. They are very rude, if you decline.

Someone out there who has time to help stop these peoples call J. Mosley at x373 and harrass him all day. It might be your mother or sister he calls next and threatens so give him a call and harrass him like he harrasses innocent people trying to profit. did you see the piece on 20/20 about collectors being trained to threaten, curse, scream at people. Anything to get money out of you so that they make a commission. It does not matter if you owe it or not, if they dont collect then they dont make anything so they do anything.
