Yes, Health Member and VH Access are charging you if you request a sample of Dazzlewhite. I requested a sample for $4.95.  Never received the sample and the following month Dazzlewhite billed my credit card $59.95! I canceled the Dazzlewhite, did get a refund.  Canceled the Health Member but they said they couldn't cancel the other and now I've not been able to get through, the line is always busy.  I'm canceling my credit card.

I, too noticed this charge coming from my bank.  I reported it to my bank and say I have to get in touch with them first.  I also had to cancel my bank card.  Charge was made then an association markup fee (meaning out of country).

Checking my online bank statement (credit card) and I have four  numbers (prefexing 888 and 866). I don't know what they are for.  I did not subscribe to Dazzlewhite or anything.  Will contact Scotiabank and cancel my card and replace with new, I guess!

If you signed up for any free trial offer from a teeth whiting co. or weight loss you also signed up for 2 to 3 other things you probably did not know about. I just went through this. You have to call & cancel each one. I signed up for the dazzle white smile offer 888-227-2950 is their number, then you also got charged by health member 888-779-5303, and VH Access 888-332-2707. One of them charged international transactions on mine also. Of course these are non refundable they tell you along with saying it is all in the terms when you sign up. I refused everything on the sight but the teeth whitener but it automatically signs you up anyways. If you do not call each of these numbers (or whatever ones you have on your statement) & cancel they will continue to charge you. Funny though when you do call it is the same guys voice on the hold message & they seem to know you want to cancel before you even tell them.

I too have been charged one with vh access in August 2009 after looking over my bank statement; they charge just enough so it doesn't stand out until you really have a good look over your statement. This kind of stuff has to be stopped. You have to watch for Easy Saver 877-699-9619, healthe member 888-779-5303. they get you when your looking over things when your ordering and you refuse but they charge anyway.

I didn't get a call but have been charged from Vh Access and also Healthmember, I too don't know who or what this is, I do live in Australia.

I DID NOT GET A CALL YAT BUT GOT CHARGED BY VH ACCESS FOR $3.24 AND ANOTHER THAT SAID HEALTHMEMBER AND CHARGED$ 7.14in my debit card and I know I had not sighned for those companies.

As I am looking through my Credit Card Statement, I notice this VH ACCESS Fee with a phone No. 888-332-2707, I don't recognize this charge, and there is no answer at this phone number. The only thing to do is to cancel the credit card.

I also have charges from VH Access and Health Member.  I just called them BOTH (separate 888#s) and the SAME customer service person answers.  These are charges from anyone requesting the Free Acaii burn trial of 14 days.  DO NOT DO IT.  Apparently in order to get the FREE TRIAL, you opt in to all these other charges on your cc.  I called both numbers, flipped out and they reversed the charges.  If you threaten to call your credit card company along with the BBB and anyone else in their state, they'll refund your money PRONTO.

UNREAL!  Returned DazzleSmile product within 14 day trial with delivery confirmation through the post office so they've agreed to credit my card.  I haven't seen the credit yet but have all the documentation I need for my bank to dispute should it be required.  Now I have a $6.21 charge & .05 International Fee (bank charges this) from a company called ELITEPACK 866-396-2729.  Called to cancel.  Then I immediately hung up and called my bank to cancel my Visa Checkcard assuring me that my credit above would still post eventhough I cancelled the card.  So, no more charges for me!  A HUGE scam! They use US Addresses but this is all transacted overseas.

Yes I got 5 charges on my credit card from 5 different companies.  I notice they are from Cyprus so legally we are out.
I've been calling and talk to Lauren on live chat and she said I have to call each company and cancel.  Argh!!!!!

I have noticed I have had money taken out of one of my Credit Cards from VH Access and the other one Healthmember.  I have rang my Credit Card company and they have given me two phone no's to ring charged at international premium rate, they are 001 888 332 2707 and 001 888 779 5303.  I have been ringing the numbers but they are closed, they refer to go to website but I don't know who I'm ringing.  Now after reading all of your reviews I have stupidly fell for this scam, I did order Acai Burn and Life Cleanse free trial and I cancelled subscription straight away and have an email to prove it.  My Credit card company are sending me a disputes form so hopefully I might get it sorted, it sounds like it might be a long drawn out affair :o)  Arrghh I'm so mad with myself :o(

Check your bank statements. The $1.95 shipping and handeling,becomes an eternal charge every month of about close to $100.00.

I am having a charge every month on my credit card for Healthmember and VH Access.  total of $12.77 USD.  I have no idea who this is and why I have this charge.

I ordered on-line a sample of Dazzle White tooth whitening gel for a trial.  I did not read the small print and ended up receiving multiple supplies of the gel for which I had to pay full price.  Then I had credit card charges from 888.322.2707 with an associated foreign transaction fee.  When I called that number and challenged it, they would not tell me anything other than it was a Canadian based web site for "Health Member" and "Weight Loss Resources."  They said the charge was for access to the web site and that I had agreed to it when I ordered the Dazzle White trial.  I was not able to find anything about that in any of the info on-line or what accompanied the get.  After challlenging them and asking for a supervisor (it took a LONG time to get a supv) they removed the charges from my bill and cancelled my "subscription."  In short, DO NOT order anything from DAZZLE WHITE and challenge any charges that you may received.

I fell for the Dazzlewhite Pro free trial (2 mins to complete trial application) and started receiving ongoing deductions from my Visa debit card.  I contacted them and threatened legal action if they didn't remove my name from all the supposed memberships I had joined which they appeared to agree to.  However, I have a VH ACCESS charge as well (haven't received a call) and just now have a Myfitbalancer.com fee which turns out to be a diet club.  I have had six ongoing charges to date totalling $180 - for a free trial.  I gave them my card details for the deliver fee (supposed to be only $4).

I am still not sure if I am free of them.  I have looked at the SCAMwatch website and they suggest reporting it.

These people are absolute scammers and I hope everybody who has a charge by them disputes it with their credit card company!

I work at a legitimate personlized gift company and we are unfortunate to have the number 1-800-332-2707 so we have gotten a TON of phone calls for this 1-888-332-2707 number because people see the 8 and just dial 800 rather than 888...very frustrating!!!
We have even had credit card companies do a 3-way call with their cardholder to us and they dialed 1-800 rather than 1-888 too...I hope these guys are shut down soon!

Had a charge on credit card statement.  888-332-2707 a bad number.  Had been charged by 3 different companies after ordering a free trial of Acai Burn.  Cancelled order before trial over but continued to be charge 3.24.  Had called and canceled in May. Charges stopped for a month and now being charged monthly by vh access.  I had to google Vh access to get a different number to talk with someone.  Have reported this to the fraud dept of my credit card.

I did not get a phone call or authorize this fee with my purchase.
This fee was added to my credit card when I purchased some mutritional supplements from the States.  I have since cancelled all the fee from the States but I can not get this on the phone.  They tell me that I can not be connected to this number as dialed.  Too call customer service but they don't give me a number to call.

I am being billed by this 888 332 2707 and have no idea why. I can not reach anyone at this number. I called my credit card company and they said I had authorized it so I had to cancel it myself. Cancel what? I don't even know what it is.

I stupidly ordered pure cleanse and was then billed by four seperate companies. I have ezykit on my bill, got them at 1-866-437-1621. Also Elite pack got them at 1-866-396-2729, vh access, at 1866-407-3685, and healthmember at 1-888-779-5303. What a scam, these people should be in jail for fraud! I will not be reimbursed for any of these charges

I thought I was getting Free ACAI for weigh loss...what I was getting was SCREWED!  I not only got chared for that, but for 2 other charges, a Healthmember membership 1-888-779-8626 and VH Access 1-888-332-2707 which is a dead number.  UGH!  I called and cancelled HealthMember and they gave me the VH Access# of 1-866-407-3685 and they canceled me as well.  I not only got the 2nd shipment of the product, I need to return the initial free bottle or they keep that $58 on my charge.  WHAT A CROCK of SH--!  It's one big gimick and headache, and I told them that...but they could care less.  I hope this posting helps others who don't have all that $$ to shell out, and saves them the headache...don't get suckered in!!!

It is a scam. Was charge on my credit for 6.95 - but when I dialed the number there was no dial tone.  Will wait to see if I'm charged next month for this.
