They call $ to 6 times a day, starting at &:00 AM and continues till 8:00 PM. always rings but when I answer, there is no one there.

They are also using a 403-410-2058 number which appears to originate from Skype.

Wants info about credit card company you deal with.  Says rates for Visa and Debit have been decreased and also wants to know if you have the chip feature  Lady I spoke with was named Angel and had a heavy accent.  Was hard to understand.  She said she was Kennedy Merchant Services

Asked us to fax a copy of our Merchant info, with the number @ the to crossed out (the number is listed in other places on the report) Guy said he'd call back, and we'll try to get more info, then we'll call law enforcement.

Keep gettting calls. Why?

Scam call wanting details about our company's merchant services.  No physical address on their website and the toll free seemed to be redirected internationally.  They claim to be in Montreal, but when asked for a street address they hung up.  Beware.

I just got a call from these guys but it's not the first.  They will in fact lower your rates - for a few months that is.  Then they will be hiked back up & it will cost you to switch back to your old reliable service provider.

Beware all the comments on here too;  We don't know each other - anyone can post - JOHN SMITH says "cooperate - give them the info."  I think John Smith = 1-888-335-2090!!

I received a call from these guys regarding my visa & master card transaction rates and they informed me about the rate reduction anf then I sent them a copy of my statement and it helped me to lowerdown my rates......

So I would recommend if you get a call from these guys co-operate with them by sending them a copy of your processing statement and it will help you to lower down your rates.

Just received a call from an aggressive Neo from Canadian Merchants Group. Very eager to get pages 2 & 3 faxed as well. Blew him off with a "going into a meeting" excuse then came here to check out these fraudsters. Glad I did.

This guy called us today and told us to fax page 2 & 3 of our merchant statement to the number above. We called our merchant to see if this was legit and they said we don't have to fax them anything. He claims he is hired by our merchant but our merchant knows nothing about him. Our merchant told us we should ask him not to call us anymore. If he works for our merchant, why does he need us to provide him with the info???
He called back because we hadn't sent him the fax and we told him not to call us anymore. He blew up and said that he is not selling anything or running a scam system and that he is now going to sue the company because we are treating him like crap. Just because we wouldn't fax the info he wanted.

We'll let you know if he actually sues us.

rep says he's Alex Whyte from Canadian Merchant Group, phone 888-335-2090, heavy middle-east accent. Wants mastercard info.
Until a month ago, I was called twice daily, ID= "Number Unavailable Private Caller"...no one answers. Finally got a rep, it sounded like the same guy, same line.
I phoned and left a msg with Canadian Merchant "Account", 1800-262-3033 when they returned call ID was "Number Unavailable Private Caller", gee, he said they don't phone solicit, lying sack of crap.
Haven't receved a call since. Also complained to CRCT no call list.
My phone ID always reads Private Caller unless its CMA then its Number Unavilabe Private Caller, I think its a web phone.

I also got a call from this number 888-335-2090 was the fax number given me.  Wanted our last merchant statement, he (Jordan Alexander) was even willing to stay on the line while I went down 2 floors to fax info... he's still waiting.. it's been 23 minutes LOLOL.... I wonder how long before he realizes he's on hold forever....

My wife  got a call from the 1-888-335-2029.  Wanted all my statements for Visa.  She was just about to Fax all these statements and I asked her what she was doing.  She said you got a phone call from TD repersentative Peter Paul.  I checked the number and it was blocked.  This is an obvious fraud situation.  Bewar.

This is a fax number given to me from Canadian Merchant Group, aka, CMA...
Probably best if no one faxes them anything.  The caller I had was named Alex Lopez. Sees very eagar to get my lastest merchant statement.
