This number calls every day but, due to the number, I didn't answer for several days and they never left a message.  Yesterday, I answered.  When asked, "May I speak to whoever handles your AT&T account", I responded, "That's me".  They hung up.  Same thing happened today.  Wonder if AT&T knows about this?  Wonder if they care?  Any volunteers for holding and waiting to talk to someone at AT&T??

This number, 888-336-8083, calls around the same time every morning.  Usually an hour before we open our doors for business.  They never leave a message so we have no idea who they are or what they want.  I figure it's another telemarketer.

Have asked repeatedly to have out # removed.
Took over 5 minutes before the girl would give me the name of their company, then she slurred it so bad that I couldn't understand it

They kept calling and calling and wouldn't answer when I picked up the phone.  I called the # back and they said they were AT & T.  I said if you are AT & T then what is my account # which they just repeated my phone #.  That was not correct.  I told them to stop bothering me or I would report them to the BBB or my attorney.  They said they would put me on their do not call list.  Let's see if this happens.

I called the company back #888-336-8083 (A solution company for at&T) and asked that they remove our number from our list. Then I called AT&T and explained the situation (That I believe that this is a third party billing scam and that the owner of the account is blind and we have asked that if they are indeed w/ at&t to please send any changes to our account or information in writing) she stated that if we have called the company and asked to be removed they must abide by this.

She was unable to answer why after putting a block for third party calling this company was able to get through. . . and pretty much ignored the question.

Any legitimate company, "green" or not, would have no problem MAILING information to you.  You're right to not agree to anything unless you have something in writing.  I'd report them if they keep calling.

This number keeps calling, the owner of the line is blind and I kindly explained that we can not make any decisions regarding at&t or any utility services with out seeing information in print which they refuse to send b/c they are a green company. . . .the owner has a machine which enables him to read but with out it in writing he will not agree to anything - they have called 10 or so times in the last two days very frustrating.

Ah, so that is the 888 number that has been zonking my land line a couple of times every day! Thanks! By the way, I don't own a TV, and I pay through the nose for DSL (G-rated computer graphics business) and the land line on which to run it (live outside 3,000 foot limit for wireless).

I just recieved a call from this number.  I called it back and they said that they are selling AT&T services.  I requested that they remove us from their call list, they were very nice.

They called again, I did answer but no one was there.

They keep calling but never leave a message. I don't answer numbers I can't identify.

Some kind of pet store??
