I got a call from this number and was told that I had an over due balance and if not paid I would be taken to court and would have to pay 3000.00 dollars on an outstanding bill. They called 1 day after my mother-in-law died I was very upset and agreed to pay as they said a hardship bal of 915.00 in 3 payments because of my hardship case as they called it ,Being in the state of mind I was in I agreed. They automaticle withdrew this amount from my bank .and simce then I have not recieved any documents to the effect it has been paid .I have called 3 times and 3 times I have been told it would be sent out that day, I had know idea then what they were talking but in my state of morning my mother -in -law I paid ,Now I'm wondering if they scamed me and have no idea how to find out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called my parents home where I no longer live saying they wanted to serve me with papers today but could be avoided by paying over the phone.  Didn't say whom they were representing, or what debt they were trying to collect and left a "case number" to call back with.  Obvious scam is obvious.

calling me saying i have summons regarding a credit card debt.i ask what credit card company and they gave me HSBC credit card and i called the credit card company and i told em i dnt have any credit card from HSBC and the person that i spoked to he said they will investigate it and not to worry about collection agency its really a headache!!!

Received a caller from an "unknown" number.  The great thing about Google Voice is that it will show the actual ANI of the caller (blocked or not).  The actual call came from (760) 637-3714.

Message:  This message is for [name], My name is Jessica. I'm calling in reference to a pending legal matter, Case number #####-####.  Very interesting to settling this matter out of court. Prior to this being filed in [name] County. Please return the call as soon as possible. You can reach the litigating office, by calling toll free, 1(888) 337-2506 and once again. This is regarding case number #####-####. Thank you.

I called the 888 number and was put on hold, called the 760 number and they immediately removed my number as it was incorrect.  If you get a call from this number, I suggest calling the 760 number directly and have your number removed as incorrect.

Someone called from a private number saying she was from "the county" and that most people dont like to be served paperwork for a civil suit at their jobs and I should call 888-337-2506 and gave me a case number to stop this from happening.  I asked for her call back number and was told she was unable to give it to me that I had to call the other number.  Either way Im not calling

It is a group called P.A. Group. They said they are a group of attorneys hired by a credit card company I defaulted on. They were trying to get money from me over the phone. They also ran my credit about two weeks before that, which I thought was weird. The left messages on my mom's and grandparent's message machines saying I would be served summons (which I have been told is illegal to leave such a message you must have that conversation in person or know for sure you are speaking with the person). If you do a search on their address 31500 grape st ste 3380 you will see more posts on this web site, maybe others wondering about the validity of these people. I would not give any information to them.
