It's a fax machine.

When you entered your number on that website, you effectively CONFIRMED it. Don't be surprised if you get more junk faxes from different scammers now. That's how it works, live and learn.

You can file a complaint on the FCC site, these crooks are violating the law by sending junk faxes, totally illegal.

But one of the most effective things you can do, especially if you keep getting this junk, is to program your fax machine to fax it back to the VOICE number, and retry the maximum number of times. They answer and get a fax tone in their ears, it ties up the phone and increases the cost of running their criminal enterprise.

Their first fax gave a website to register a do-not-call request, but I came up with nothing when I typed it in.  However, when I searched on Google, I was taken to a very plain-looking screen that just said to enter the fax # and it would be removed.  I was suspicious, but did it anyway.  Not surprisingly, we continued to get faxes, and today I was feeling particulary ornery, so I took a chance and called the 888 number directly.  I asked for the company name and the person's name I was speaking with and explained that I was just getting this info so that I could fill in a form with the FCC.  He immediately offered to take our number off the list.  Amazing.  Of course, it remains to be seen if this will have any effect.

They are located in Houston, TX  Sends alot of junk faxes!!!!!!

This number is used by a fax spammer "Money Man for Cash Advance".
