I received three calls from this number this morning within a 3-hour period.  They kept asking about our re-finance application even though we are working through another bank.  They asked for personal reasons for our loan.  This information is non of their business and I told them we were not interested and hung up.  Another individual from the same bank called back and I said we were going through our own bank and hung up again.  The third time another individual called and I began to think maybe I was mistaken -- that maybe this call was important to our application.  I'm think that's part of their under-handed tactics here.  I took their number 1-888-344-2467 ext. 267 (Rachael) and said my husband would call them back.  I detest the fact that they are in our face and pumping us for information.  They are annoying, out-of-line, and a suspicious nuisance.  Not happy with their poor ways. I have no intention of ever doing business with this type of organization.

mother received a call from phone number 561-807-5472, from guy name Fred Tabick...she gave him her SS# and mortgage information, said company named First Choice Bank. he gave mother phone number 888-344-2467 ext 229 if in case disconnected. called back the number for mother because concerned of Identity Theft, lady answers, claims company name First Choice Loan Service, a subsidy of First Choice Bank. Said when mother trying to refinance, her info sent to them. Said they just wanted to give a competing rate for refinance. I'm skeptical. Asked to remove all info mother gave. I called Credit Bureau services like Equifax, experian, and transunion and placed a 90 day initial report for her. I'm worried for mother.
