I don't care if it is SunTrust, they should never call and ask for personal info and SSN.  I just hang up each time they call but may file complaint with SunTrust Bank or move my accounts.

Report this phone number to Suntrust Bank Richmond, VA. To find out how true it is first. Get location services. If there is a case pending, location of courts.

This is supposedly Suntrust bank. I pressed the number to remove me from their calling list, but the operater could not find a record of my account from my name. She then proceeded to ask for my account information which, of course, I did not give her. Therefore, I'm going to assume that it is NOT Suntrust Bank.

Got a call at my work phone number from 888-346-9068 claiming to be SunTrust Credit Card Fraud dept.  Gave my correct name and correct last 4 digits of my card.  Asked me to call back at 877-348-6420. I called back, they asked for my credit card number and my name.  I gave them the last 4 digits and name (which they had stated to me) but no way was I giving them the full number.  The woman then asked for the phone number they called me, and I told them.  (So far giving them only what they already knew, but nothing more).  She then claimed to have trouble finding the account, gave a different last 4 digits, which I said was incorrect.  She then asked again for the full card number.  That's when I hung up.

Caller said they were from SunTrust and wanted to "enhance" my experience with SunTrust.  Stumbled and stammered alot.  I finally asked him what he wanted since he called me, and the refered back to the "enhancement".  My gut says he was phishing.  I just hung up.

I called the number back.........got Suntrust Customer Service.  I have an account; they didn't ask any real personnal questions....did I enjoy the service?... why did I choose Suntrust?... was I interested any additional services (n0!)....

Caller wanted to talk to my wife about some suspicious activity on her account (my account too) but, didn't want to talk to me. He also said something about putting an alert on her account. When I looked on line there didn't appear to be any suspicious activity. I will e-mail Suntrust next.

This is not a Suntrust  Bank number and soon will be under investigation for fraud.

This is SunTrust bank. I received a call from this number after contacting a customer service rep and was waiting for a phone call back from them.

This is definitely SunTrust.  If you are doing business with them, they might have something important to discuss with you.  They might not have bad intentions...

They are still at it. What idiot MBA thought this up? How to lose customers automatically with a robodialer. Great. They are calling me twice a day at least every day, and there is no one on the line when you answer. Bad business model guys and gals. Maybe an irate employee is doing this. Or this could be a scam since they want your SSN and name. Be careful. They won't get mine.

I called the number back after looking it up online  to be added to the do not call list. Rep told me needed my full name and ss# I advid\sed do not call or I would sue.

I got the call today and called them to be put on do not call list. Was informed i had togive them my name and ss#

They just left a voicemail saying the call was regarding my check card and left a number to call back.  I do bank with them.  The message went in and out so I couldn't tell if it was sales.

starts off with asking if I needed help with the high balance in my account.Stated they could help me with making more money off of what I have in bank. Sounded fishy to me

you all need to check to see if your balance is in the negative, or if you knowingly have left it in the negative thats why they are calling mines in the negative right now until i cant get it out thats why they keep calling, there getting ready to send to collections...

I received a call from 888-346-9068 10/02 @ 3:50pm.  The man asked for my husband, who was not home. He said he was making a courtesy call from Sun Trust Bank and hung up without asking me any questions.  I called our branch. I was told that this call WAS NOT from Sun Trust and do not give any personal info if they call again. She also told me that these snakes may use other 8xx numbers to catch someone of guard, so please beware.

This number calls my Cell at least once a day. They Leave no message. If I actually answer the phone no one is there. it is getting frustrating.
