they're a housing company, they book rooms for cheap rates. I booked with them for three shows already, one already passed, they had a fruit basket in my room when i arrived with a thank you note and a voucher for 10% discount for my next 2 trade shows. their VP used to work for an housing company n hated the rip off. he said they still make money as well as save clients some money, try them.

This is a housing company that tries to solicit rooms to convention and or tradeshow exhibitors and attendees.  They try to sell themselves as "official housing providers" for the convention or show.  Show organizers end up fielding phone calls from confused exhibitors and attendees that are being mislead by companies like this.  While a company like this may have rooms available, they may not have rooms at hotels that offer extra services (such as complimentary shuttle service to the convention center) that the show or convention offers.  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR SHOW OR CONVENTION BEFORE RESERVING ROOMS THROUGH A 3RD PARTY VENDOR SUCH AS THIS.  A lower hotel rate may cost you more in the end.  When I called this company back, they answered the call as "reservations".  When they left a message, they only left a name and number, did not stat which company they were from and only stated that they needed to "verify some information".  Thhese companies get their lead lists from show and convention websites as exhibitors and attendees from past show.  BEWARE!!!

They called me about a show in Orlando for last year, I booked with them and they booked me at the peabody hotel in Orlando for $186, i never got it for less than $230 before. I've made changes up till the night of arrival and they made them all. I'd recommend to use them if your travel plans are not confirmed.

they're a housing company, they booked some rooms for me for an upcoming trade show, it was only 5 rooms, but when we arrived they had a fruit basket and a card thanking us for booking with them, and they have saved us about $12 a night, not much, but times the number of nights was a decent sum, they have great customer service, and I'd recommend them.
