Received a call from this number stating they were with Citi Financial and they would repair my vehicle and pay for half of repair cost

I have the same issues with Citi Financial too. They call non stop on my phone, my husband's and at my work even if it's one day late. They tell you that they "will put a note on file" so that the calls will stop......but they don't. I have thought about refinancing so this nonsense stops but I only have a few months left. I agree with dymandz about calling the ones who are way behind.

It is really sad that a company like Citifinancial is so hard up that they have to start calling if your payment is a couple days late, instead they should be calling the ones that don't pay for months.  I agree they are dumba_______!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is Citifinancial Auto. I'm on Autopay where I make a 50% payment every two weeks. Every couple of months the second payment falls two or three days after the official due date. They will call me every 3 hours starting at 8am until 8pm. Sometimes I answer and explain and I hear them type something and they say sorry but the calls keep on coming. After three years one would think they would add a note to my account. The worst thing is, they were the ones that told me about splitting my payment up and even pushed for it saying I'd say such and such amount over the life of the loan. Dumauses!

This number is Citifinancial.  I am a whopping 9 days late and they have continued to call me by an automated dialer at least 12 times already today.  I even spoke to them yesterday and told them I could not make my payment until friday by money gram that they still call.  Said without a debit card to secure they still have to call even though they have talked to me.  How stupid is that?  Ok go ahead, waste valuable time and money calling someone you have already talked to when you could be spending more time looking for the ones who don't call you back.  Dumb as---. That's why I have a ringer off switch....
