Have received 11 calls from these annoying idiots since March 24, 2010.  No way to answer because it only rings twice, then ends.  Call-back gives music only.  Somebody destroy them please!

just called and hung up. Calling back gets me some cliche horrible hold music. gonna keep calling back, siince it's their expense

why is it taking so long to find out who is making these annoying calls. It just plays music and is very disturbing, maybe I need to change phone companies. BrightHouse doesn't do this at all. Or maybe your complaint sight is just as phony as the calls we're getting.

Phone # 1-888-352-9102 caller id says Out of Area. Doing alittle tracking down of my own. I found the Companies name is NOBEL ltd. based in Bermuda.

I got a call from this number twice on 04/26/2010 at 12:17 P.M. and again at 1:58 P.M. When you answer no one responds. I just don't answer it. I got another call on 5-26-2010 and Icaller ID. states unknown so I just didn't answer it at all. So it looks like whoever is calling is calling once a month. I have thought about getting a whistle and when they call and won't answer just blow the whistle real hard into the phone and see if that stops them or play some loud music.  I figure if they can annoy me I can annoy them.

I believe this is a unsuccessful collection agency harassing debtors they are unable to find.  Nationwide is bad for this in Florida.

This number rings, then I redialed, just music. Is this a device for them to collect long distance charges? What is going on with 888-354-9102.

THEY GET CHARGE FOR EVERYTIME SOMEONE CALLS THEIR 888 number!!!  I put the phone down and let it play for a long time.  THEY GET CHARGED BY THE MINUTE!!!!  If this is a telemarketing service why would they call and hang up?  Makes no sense? Isn't it their job to sell you something?

Like others who have complained, I am thoroughly disgusted with calls from this number.  It is used to annoy one & admittedly it accomplishes
it's mission. It simply rings & rings, & if picked up there is nothing.
If attempt is made to call above number, one only hears music.

Same complaint as the others. I took the advice of Fedup and called the Nat'l. No Call number which is, 888-382-1222, and filed a complaint. Hope this works. In the meantime, I'm going to figure out call block on my phone.

They called once and didn't say anything the first time (a hang up).  The second time I waited a little while before I said hello and then a very frantic sounding woman came on giving a pitch for Advance Air Conditioning and a service call.

I have the same problem as everyone else -- either no one is "there" or they hang up.
