I received a call from this number today... I answered it (I've been planning my wedding so I figured it may be something having to do with that) and said "Hello?" No response for a good seven seconds but I heard talking in the background. A male said "Hello, can I speak to (he then said my name)." I asked who it was and they hung up. It was kind of unsettling, but I'm relieved to find that I'm not the only one who was harassed by this. I really hope they don't call back and I hope someone is looking into it!

Caller knew my name. I did not confirm my name. I only asked, "who is this?" They hung up.

Just received a cal from this number and they said my name and when I asked who was calling they hung up. Freaks have nothing better to do with their time!

its a scam. called the number back because i was disconnected and no answer. even went through a recording session with the gal and told her no I do not wish to renew. do receive tvguide and a few others thought it was for them. checked with my mags sales numbers directly and it wasnt them. the scam artists had all my info andI dont know from where . Im more than concerned.they charged my account and now i have to report to my bank as fraud.

I'm the idiot who gave my credit card number. I received magazines (free trial) from a company that was similar so their questions worked perfectly. I got suspicious when he got mad at me for wanting to know what magazines were being cancelled and not approving a charge to cancel them. I asked him what company he was with and he said Coast to Coast. I told him I needed to check my files and that he could call me back tomorrow. I called the real coast to coast and they said I do not have an open account with them and to call my bank. Card cancelled before any damage was done- lesson learned!

do NOT confirm anything from this number!!! they are trying to get you to "cancel" a subscription that doesnt exist so they get more of your credit info and steal your $$$

Just got a call from this number. I've been applying for jobs so I picked it up (otherwise I usually ignore unknown numbers). She said it was a courtesy call and asked if I was satisfied with my magazines. I asked "What magazines?" since I don't have any subscriptions. She said "Better Home and Garden" (I think), and I told her I don't get any magazines. Then she said "Why you lyin'?" and hung up. Yeah... Wish I didn't answer the phone.

Called today at 3:09 PM.
I'm in San Diego. Have no idea who this could be. Hopefully you all are right.

When I answered my tele., I noticed that the call was coming from within the United States. I had received several calls, which, I decided, in the last few weeks, to change my tele. #, so it would discourage solicitors, from calling in the future.  This morning at 9:14 am, someone had called me from 888-357-4627.  I answered my tele. and someone answered my hello, with static in the background. I hung up.  I did not know the #, or the person, ( which sounded like a female).  A few minutes later, I called back,  and found that they hung up on me. I tried calling, once again, and the samething happened.
I'm really hoping someone is looking into this.

Called saying they were going to renew me for 5 years and that I was going to be charged on the credit card they had on file. They said they would transfer me to a supervisor but they needed to verify all my information.

Got a call from them again today 888-357-4627. I answered it this time and said "hola, no habla englies" the guy on the other end said Oh, I'm so sorry. Then he hung up

total scam..... asked about damaged and lost magazines ....they could not tell me what magazines I subscribe to. I was told I was going to be rolled over to a high priced 16 month subscription. Clearly a scam, how can you roll me over if you have no idea what I'm getting. I told her I didn't know how she slept at night working a scam like this and that i'd rather work a honest poor paying job than hustle people like this. She hung up on me.

Hi everybody, I have a problen with this number:  888.357.4627 First time when I answered they said my name and when I said It is me they start ask different questions I answered but when I told them that I do not understand everything thay start laugh and hung up. I tried calling back and it never goes through. Next time I gave a phone to my husband thay ask me and went my husbans sayd that he can pass the information they hung up....This number calls everyday and it seems like I need to dovnloaw a programm which blocks numbers. I see it just one wat to stop it.

They actually accidentally left a message this time!  And they cursed on it (s@!$).  I'm pretty sure this could shut the # down, but I don't know who to call.

This number just called and asked if I like big black c***s. I asked them to repeat because I couldn't hear over kids and he repeated multiple times. I'm reporting the number.

When they call do NOT say yes at all throughout the conversation, do not 'verify' anything,even your name. They record you and that's all they need to authorize their magazine subscriptions. You will then end up paying these people about 1000 dollars for various magazine subscriptions, it's a SCAM. Question them continuously and they hang up on you. Keep an eye on your credit card/debit card statements if these people get your number.

 This # called ,I answered thinking it was my lawyer. Instead it was a man who asked me if the subscriptions i was receiving were damaged. I asked which one in particular , He said that he couldn't give that information. Next He said that my subscription was about to renew to which I told him to cancel it.   The man said i would have to speak to his supervisor,  Another man came on the line & said he won't asked for my social security # instead he wanted my Bank card ... I said no thank you & hung up.  But heres the kicker... Went to use my card this Am & THIS COMPANY   NSG DIFT Corp. Webpay had extracted about $80. from my account not just yesterday but also about a weeek ago.   How are they getting credit card information??  These doings really messed me up financially...I was wondering how I keep coming up short on my finances!! I'm very mad & would like to put an end to these scammers.

They called me to talking about a magazine and what credit cards I want to use and I said I want to delete this account she said she will send me to a superviser and they will delete it.... Then it hung up. I'm sure it's a scam to get your personal info. They have called me several times and just hung up.

I got a second one of these calls, they had my name and asked about if im receiving the magazines, i said why would I be receiving mags if i didnt request them. He said I don't know maybe it was a free promotion. Then he tried to verify my address I wouldnt answer him, I told him that I have already received one of these calls and that I will excuse myself from the conversation and hung up.
