The voice mail calls began at 10am in the morning, relaying a message about diabetics who have used certain presciptions and persisted constantly throughout the day, one after the other until 2:30 pm. The calls were spaced 2-3 minutes apart and literally took over my phone. I do not have diabetes nor have I ever contracted with this company ever before.
My work is high-rise construction and I rely on my phone for emergency contact. What happened to my phone yesterday fully qualifies as harrasment and borders on terrorism. I had to shut my phone off during my rest period to get some modicum of peace.
Today I will report this company and it's number to the "National Do Not Call List" and I will lodge a complaint with the California State Attorney General's office along with the Better Business Bureau to make sure they get the attention they so desperately request.
I got the message, loud and clear!

I received a call from 888-358-8512. My caller ID readout was " Toll Free Call". I did not pick up. They left a message about taking a Diabetic Survey (I am NOT a diabetic!) I called back and their outgoing message was about people who had take Actos or Avandia and gotten heart attacks. All their representatives were busy, and I did not want to hang on the line to tell them to not phone me again.
