Never buy in their offer (they claim from Sprint, but not really, a joke) as they play a lot of tricks. It is an awful post-sale service. The worst customer service I ever received.

This is real a jok! Next time, you should tell them you are AT&T customer, then she will tell you she is customer service manager from AT&T.

they called me like a month ago about my tmobile contract. tonight they give me a really good deal oh phones like samsung behold free +100 rebate.. they are calling from 1-443-552-5684 and they are chinese!! i unno where they from. they ask for ssn+dl#+cc# all the stuff i gave them is made up =-) im for sure they fraud

They are fraud groups. they are t-mobil, AT&T, Spring..., They are anything.
Crazy! How come there is no one can suit them?

Unfortunately, I'm a new victim. They use a local phone 301-576-1162 to sell the sprint plan. And when I'm not vigilant to them any more, they called me through 1-888-361-1962 to confirm all the info. This is a loophole. If we can't help ourselves so far, at least we can do something. I am the lates victim of this fraud. I was called by this lady Annie Zhao last Spetember, claimed that she represented Sprint to offer me a  very good deal of phone plan in which if I add two new lines, I could get $500 Sprint Visa gf cards and I would receive cards two months after my activation, those phones would be totally free (no phone cost, no activation fee, no shipping hadling fee, etc) and the monthly service for all my 4 lines was $59.99 (includes service fees, tax), She knew all my phone information (phone numbers, address, when the contract expires), I thought that only Sprint agent could access those personal inofrmation, so I trusted her. She activated the two new lines. But Actually the Sprint charged me activation fees, phones charges and shipping and handling fees. I had to call Sprint customer service (this time the real Sprint agent) and argued with this agent for a long time, finally Sprint took off all those charges, but my monthly fee is not $59.99 but much higher. I called Annie Zhao with her Chinese cell phone number many many times, she either said that "I am busy now, will call back" or " I could not hear you clearly", then hung up. I called the 888-361-1962 (or 1961), asked for company address, the lady said the company is located in MD, but refused to give me the company's address, I said "You are not in MD, but in Guangdong China, right?", she said "If you say that I have nothing to say"
Apparently Spint knows this fraud because so many compaints filed on Sprint, but it does not care, as long as it has phone sales and makes $$.
I filed compaint to Federal Trade Commission about the fraud and Sprint's wrong doing, I suggest that  all of you file compaint to FTC.

Someone said (see above post) that he/she received a really good deal from Annie zhao, would refer it to other people, However, from what the "yesmobile"'s practice, I do not trust this post, I think that it is highly possible that this person is a "??".

I guess that after so many complaints, this company will change its name/face to be another cheater and continue to hook victims, hope you are not the next victim.

I have been cheated by this Anne Zhao too. It was a total nightmare...... What made me extremely anry is that YesMobile acknowledged that Anna Zhao is one of their employees but refused to do anything about her. The whole company, not just Anne Zhao, are liars. I plan to fill a complain through better bussiness bureau (www.bbb.org). Does anyone know their website or address in US? I only know they have an office in CA. I did not find their website.

I got a call from this number, they claimed they are AT&T representative focusing on serving Chinese society.
Actually I called back, and noticed they are not belong to AT&T.
Be careful, their behavior seems strange. They were cheating when the guy made the first phone call.

I am a victim too.
A month ago, I got call from Anne Zhao to convinced me that she can help me to reduce my month bill.
And she also Convinced me I will get more money back by opening a new line, she promised me she will
cover the first month charge, and cancel one of three of my current line after the 1st month, also reduce my monthly from 80 to 50.
During the month, I have called her many times said I can not keep the new phone number as it looks not clean, and like to cancel the new line, she always ends up my call with all sweet words and promise. SHe said she will cancel my line anytime even after 30 days if she can not solve all my problem.
But today, I didn't get ANY, and she said if I cancel the line, I will be charged huge, and get some troubles.
I spent whole week's night to find her, she don't call me back even she promised she will, and she can not submit any promise she made.
I am going to return the phone tomorrow anyway, and will report this to Verizon, and CA legal, I will also call her company until get all my money back.
I fell so shame on what they have done as I am chinese too.
Why the Taiwanese company always do all shameful thing, and get all their garbage to mainland china!

Her contact information is 866-954-0492 option 5 extension 4943.  Her hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00pm EST. You may need call many times to show your persistence and your strong attitude. Don't call their fraud department, they don't care.
