I just got through dealing with PaymentOne regarding erroneous charges on their behalf for other companies on our business phone bill.  I called 1-800-747-4028 and talked with a so called "rep" and believe it or not got all the charges refunded that had been being billed on our phone bill for over a year and believe it or not did not receive any flack.

Our local phone company said they could not delete the charges, that it had to be cancelled through PaymentOne.

Everybody try this number, you might be suprised and put a stop to all of this foolishness!!!!

We had the following SCAM on our business as well. Green Certification, LLC is a Miami based SCAM co. that calls a business and asks a bunch of questions. They get a yes to some stupid question and then they patch a recorded, out of context b***s*** conversation agreement together. They use that to start charging your phone bill through Payment One billing co.. If you see this on your phone bill call your phone co. and get it removed as well as a block on your phone number. I had to call my phone co. twice in two months because they didn't take it off the first time I called. They think Payment One is some kind of legit co. when in fact they contract with SCAM CO.s. This Green Certiifation LLC thinks you won't notice the 49.99 charge on your phone bill.

As far as I'm concerned, Payment One is a fly by night outfit as well. I also think it's a load of BS that our phone companies aren't looking out for their customers to start with. I wonder if they all get a kickback? So watch your phone bill.

We rec'd calls every single day, sometimes twice a day at our office asking us to update our free online listing and asked to be taken off the call list everytime, but calls kept on coming for months and months.

Finally broke down today and answered the address and telephone questions after being told more than once, that there would be no charges billed to our company as a result of the call.

Survey
We had a $49.99 charge on our AT&T bill, which only varies by a dollar or two from month to month.  I think Green Certificatiion hopes that their charge will be one of many on some large company's bill and won't be noticed.  In our case, they picked a one-man carpentry business that uses the residential phone so this charge stuck out like a sore thumb.  When I called to object to and deny this charge, I got to hear a patched-together recording of the "transaction" involving my husband, who recalls this as a phone survey or something like that.  I got AT&T to put a third party biller block on our phone bill; they were wonderful about it and I even got a follow-up call the next day.  I just think phone companies should require an okay from their customer before a charge like this can be added to a phone bill.  I also filed a complaint with our state attorney general's office and within a week had received a letter from them along with AT&T's reply.  Of course, there was nothing from Green Certification or PaymentOne, which is a company that collects payments for Green Certification and actually put the charge on our bill.  Bottom line:  Green Certification, or whatever the're calling themselves this week, is a second-rate, fly by night scam that needs to be investigated!

Green Certification is still pulling the same scam. You can call your phone company to have the charged removed and ask them to put a block on your phone number so no one can put a charge on your phone bill without you calling your phone company and giving them your permission. You can do the same thing on both your home and business phone.

We called the 888 number to cancell the charges and after replying to several promts it hung up before cancelling the charges.

I have been harassed multiple times by this company and after looking into other's complaints, they just called, I got the guys name and their phone number. The number I was given was 877-640-5958 DBA Green Certification Subscriber Services. I did not agree to anything during any of their calls however after hearing these horror stories, I talked to a representative in the billing department (they actually spoke English) and confirmed that my company's phone numbers were not being billed for any services. The woman confirmed that the numbers are not receiving any of their services and offered to place it on a list that will block them from calling/offering services to the phone numbers. I am not sure how effective this step will be since I just did it but hopefully it will help keep them from calling me. If your caller ID says Pennsylvania, be cautious before you answer it.

Finally got the bill in the mail...the number with the electronic prompts was also a scam and canceled nothing.  Make sure if you get roped into this SCAM that you talk to an operator immediately.  It is a $50 charge on your phone bill!

Their representatives refused to honor multiple requests of removal from their listing. Over the course of six days they called four times requesting our business information. Upon asking to speak to a supervisor and requesting their corporate address and phone number, the supervisor became irate and agreed to honor the removal request.

I recommend asking for a supervisor and then requesting their corporate address. If you are able to attain this address and the actual name of their company, please post it here. It seems their supervisors fear requests of this kind.

Absolute scam.  Call the number they give you if they verify information to cancel service.  Just got my confirmation in the mail for a $49.99 a month service!  No listing on the BBB either, must be a brand new scam that just popped up.

Finally broke down today and answered the address and telephone questions after being told more than once, that there would be no charges billed to our company as a result of the call.  I am hoping this will stop the calls. The call took probably 5 minutes as they have a second person verify info and they do a strange piecemeal thing with recordings and confirmations.  They claim to be Certifies Green @ 601 S Rancho Dr Las Vegas NV 89101

After the call, I called the number they provided 888-362-1738 and followed the prompts for cancelling their  "service"  before they even try to bill for services we did not request.  I hope it works and that the calls stop.  Not sure if answering them will help or hurt the pesky situation.

This is a scam.  I will probably receive a letter shortly.  They want to "verify" company info. via a recording after talking to two different people.  They cut off recording so you wouldn't know what you were agreeing to.  Total scam.  Ask them to take you off their calling list or just hang up.  They claim to be Certified Green Services, also Certified Green Business.  Either has no listing I could find on the internet.

They ask to verify your address, phone and business name. Even after I told them repeatedly that I was not authorized to contract any services they sent me a letter saying that I would be billed on the phone bill for Internet Marketing.  Just hang up on these people !!!!!!!!!!!!!
