I did the same thing and called back with my google number thru my iPad. It just rings and rings now. The first time I called back and got an automated, "please hold while we access your records." Then it hung up. The call came from a 405 563 8805. When I answered no one said anything but it had the distinct feeling that someone was there just not answering me; probably waiting to leave the scripted message everyone else is getting.  I have a free conference call number which records my conference calls as well for my business which is the cell they called me on. I'm going to 3rd party call them in and trigger the record. It lets them know I'm recording and I don't have to purchase a recorder. Just an idea I'd thought I'd throw out there if someone else wants to try it too.

Just finally cleaning up and throwiing away old paperwork.

I too received an partial message on my cell indicating that it was an urgent matter.  As I read the pages and pages of complaints about this scandalous operation, I know that it's only a matter if time when the doors will be shut.  Every dog has their day and their time is drawing near!!!!

I just received a phone call from this number  608-466-1042  It is from Wisconsin  11:52 AM  on 03/18/2013.  I did not pick up and I just changed my phone number.

This time it was a "Mr. Stein", guess he has a lot last names, but notice they all start with "S"? Same deal here, don't owe, don't care, refuse to call back.

Got a call a while back from an unidentified # with a message much like the one everyone has describe. Called back & was left on hold. Got a letter in the mail offering a ridiculously low payoff amount for a debt that's been resolved for over 2 yrs, called the number & was harassed about providing additional info. Just got a letter from DRS, called them & was yelled at & threatened by Ms. Williams when I tried to find out info & stated to her that I had no further debt. She, probably mistakenly, stated that my credit report showed I had a something on it. But when I tried to talk she kept talking over me & began threatening me with additional action. Is this place DRS, Dynamic Recovery Solutions for real? How do they get by with all this harassment & falsifying documentation?

Just got a phone call from 951-777-2163.. I didn't answer the call...  they left msg.. same as everyone else msg stated a debt collection co and to call back asap... I didn't call back I do not owe any past due accounts..

Thanks for posting this. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. They actually have an A- rating. I suggest that everyone who gets these annoying calls go on the BBB website and file a complaint against the company. We may never be removed from their call lists, but at least we could take their rating down with enough complaints.

Dynamic Recovery Solutions called and left a message regarding a "collection account." When I called back, the agent that I spoke with said:

- they were not the creditor;

- no debt had been assigned; and

- they were looking for me to "make payment arrangements."

The agent informed me that this was related to a debt on my credit report. After I pressed them for further details about the account, I informed them that the account in question had previously been paid. Further, as the date of last payment (per their records) was 8 years ago any debt would be well beyond the statute of limitations. When I attempted to get further information the agent disconnected the call.

I called back and this time spoke with a different agent. No notes had been entered into my account and so I repeated my assertions and notified Dynamic Recovery Solutions to never contact me via phone. Again, I received no information about any assignment or sale of the purported debt.

At this point it is not clear to me if this is an honest error on their part or is fraudulent behavior by a third-party entity with no valid relationship to the original creditor.

No settlement requested - for BBB information only

Desired Outcome:     

I realize that I do not owe anything on a "collection account" but want to ensure that this information is available to the public in the event that others are contacted by Dynamic Recovery Solutions about any purported debt. I question the legitimacy of collection agents that appear to know very little about debt assignment, statute of limitations on debt, or FDCPA violations.

Wow, they keep calling everyone back it seems.  Makes me feel left out.  Ms. Garcia never called me back.  I talked to one lady who really got angry because she said she would not send me anything in writing.  I never did understand what they were threatening to do.  Ms. Garcia seemed nice, and I would have been willing to discuss the matter with her.  She left no information at all, except it was abo8ut an urgen matter.  I am wondering if they really do own the debts they call people about or if it is just an identity theft ruse.   Sounded like the ones I spoke with were looking to make a fast buck!

I got this exact message twice with the exact same man's voice, but he used two different names.

A Ms. Garcia called me about a week ago, she sounded like a nice person.  I kept calling back to speak with her a few days later.  Finally I spoke with one of them and she said I owed $9155.80 I think her name was Clorisa.  She wanted to offer a settlement of $3746.  She was very rude.  Now the only one of them I would be willing to speak with at all would be Ms. Garcia.  I am thinking now they don't even own the debt they called me about, but maybe its a scam.  They said it was a shortage on a car repo.  Whatever I said must have worked because they have stopped calling my cell phone.  I even told them that Ms. Garcia knows where to reach me.  Being rude to me don't cut it.    The company is Dynamic Recovery Solutions.

Just received the same message, stating my number is listed as a contact number and it was extremely important to call back today. The message was from a Mr Fuller. He left the call back number is 1-888-362-2684 however the caller id has it as a local number calling of 904-647-2676.

Same message, said to call 1 (888) 362-2684.  Automatically disconnected, would not even let me ask any questions, In OK.

I got the same call same script but it does not sound recorded just rehearsed well. He sucks my caller ID
reads 505-933-6259 which is an Albuquerque cell number, although he told me to call him at 888-362-2684. Even if you folks owe someone money to some creditor you sure's hell don't owe him that's for sure. I'm getting a lot of calls at my number for folks that owe someone. Including a guy who's always in trouble w/the law and social services trying to help him as well. He seems to have a mental problem=If your crazy you get away with a lot! I looked him up too and he IS loco...I don't ever answer my phone anymore...

I had the same message....from the woman...urgent call back needed. Yes it was Dynamic Recovery (bill collector) I called them back which is how I found out who they were because they did not say on the voice mail....but she was loud and breathless so I kind of freaked.  They asked me for someone I have never even heard of let alone know!!  I told them that I am sure their methods are good for getting people to call them back but that it is very upsetting depending on the situation going on in the places they call  Like maybe us with a son deployed to a freakING WAR ZONE WHO IS OUT ON DANGEROUS MISSIONS AND YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE LIKE THIS ON THEIR PHONE???!!!! Anyway.....they assured me that my number will be taken out of their search for this person I never heard of.

Yes, I also got the same message 2x on my cell phone from Mrs. Mitchell.  She never asked for me by name, nor mentioned any names at all.  Stated it was a contact number and it was very urgent that I call back.  Let me say simply that if you do not know my name and adress me by it when you call that I am certainly  not going to call you back!

They may be a legit collections agency, but, there practices are far from it.  Google 'Dynamic Recovery Solutions' & you will not only find their site but also some lawsuits filed against them in different states for violating the 'Fair Debt Collection Practices Act'.  It would be nice if there were so many of these federal lawsuits filed against them that maybe all this harassing & phone calls would finally STOP!

It's hard enough to get incorrect information removed from the many credit agencies that mar your record.  God forbid ID theft catches you.  Seems everyone is out to make a quick buck today & they don't seem to care who they make it from. (Isn't that called 'stealing'?)  What ever happened to the word RESPECT, let alone MORALS & ETHICS?  How about 'helping out neighbors'? Maybe we should put "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" back into our vocabulary.
